Western Granite & Stone were complete professionals. They installed a new Quartz Bar Counter top that looks absolutely phenomenal! They kept on budget and were were great to work with from all aspects including the customer service, to sales, to the installation everything they did was exceptional. Every time we have people over there is always someone that compliments how great the Quartz looks. Based on the compliments alone I would say this was a great investment and worth every penny.

I just have my Kitchen countertop changed done by Western Granite & Stone. Wendy and Fong are very nice and very professional. From the very beginning to the end, they did the work very carefully, thoughtfully and patiently. My project is kinda difficult cuz the kitchen island is irregular shaped, and the size of the stone I chose was kinda just fit which needed highly accurate measurement. They did an awesome job!! A big Thank You to this company, it provided me with very pleasant service. I feel very lucky to have them worked for me. I would reuse their service in the future if I need to renovate my bathrooms and will definitely recommend it to my other friends.

I came across Western Granite & Stone's Homestars profile - after reading their reviews I decided to use them for my next renovation project. I needed to have the kitchen counter and bathroom counter tops replaced as well as a couple of sinks. A representative from Western Granite came in to demo the different materials and take measurements - I found this whole process to be very professional. When the materials had arrived the install was very quick, about 1.5 hours. Everything was well handled by Western Granite....the only thing I would have liked to of seen from them would be maybe just a quick follow up call to insure the job was done to my liking - Still I give them a 10/10 as they did great work.

After doing my research online I found Western Granite & Stone through their Homestars profile. They had great reviews and so we decided to use them for our next renovation project. We had Western Granite & Stone replace all of our kitchen and bathroom counter tops with quartz. We were very happy with the end result - the dimensions and cut were all executed perfectly. We were also under a bit of a time crunch, Western Granite & Stone were able to accommodate our timeline and have the project completed within 11 days. Overall they did a fantastic job and I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Western Granite and Stone installed quartz countertops in our kitchen and from start to finish the service was courteous, prompt and efficient. When we visited the showroom, Vanessa explained the different quartz products they carry and we never felt under any pressure to rush our decision. Although our schedule meant we had to delay appointment dates for both templating and installation, they arrived exactly when they promised and, from start to finish, the whole process was completed in less than two and a half weeks. The countertops look beautiful and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend this company.

After several estimates, (and a few no-shows), Candy from WG&S arrived. I was totally impressed with her knowledge & professionalism. She answered all my quartz vs. granite questions and measured and quoted the job. I later switched from quartz to granite, and Candy happily re-quoted and showed numerous samples to compliment my colours. The actual stone cutter attended to measure the job and clearly did so to perfection as the installers had a millimeter or so to spare during install. Candy also supplied a tile setter for the backsplash who also did a superb job. Vanessa co-ordinated all works crews and payments, and everything went off without a hitch! I was so impressed that I also did a bathroom granite upgrade at another property, and the experience was identical. I highly recommend WG&S and have no reservations in referring their services.

After contacting 6 or 7 contractors, Candy was the only one to show up with samples. She was extremely professional and her quote was cheaper than many other contractors. We have been extremely happy with Western Granite. You can choose from a lot of different remnants and that's exactly what we needed for our two bathrooms upstairs. The installation went smootly, the guys were on time and very nice and it probably took them 30 - 60 min to remove and install the new Bathroom countertops. We also asked Candy and if she could bring a plumber along with the guys because we didn't want to install the taps ourselves. The plumber was super professional and again cheaper than other plumbers that wanted to charge more than twice what this plumber charged us!! We have been extremely happy with everything and definitely want to recommend Western Granite! Thanks again Candy!

I did a lot of research about different suppliers and installers in the Calgary area. Western Granite and Stone is who we chose to go with. I was impressed from the time I set foot in the store right through to having everything finished. The staff was very knowledgable and was able to answer all of my questions. Counters were installed in less than the quotes 10 days. The two installers did a great job and were a lot of fun to work with. I would not hesitate to use Western Granite for future products.

We’ve had Western Granite do a few jobs for us over the past years. I can’t remember how we found them but they did an absolute good job installing the granite countertops in our kitchen. The installers were on time and professional. I’ve already recommended Western Granite to a friend.

We have some friends that do contracting and they recommended we use Western Granite and Stone. Western Granite ended up doing our kitchen counters, the island and the bathroom. All the granite work turned out excellent and looks great. However, the plumber that they use didn’t do a good job at all. I actually had to redo some stuff myself — he didn’t have all the fittings and just left so I had to go to the hardware store for the parts. In any case, it was only the plumber I had problems with. The granite installation was really good.
