    Basement waterproofing

    Right from the estimate with Terry to the work being done by Igor and his co worker to completion of the payment with Valentina I found them to be on time professional in appearance extremely clean in the workplace friendly in attitude and hardworking not to mention very competitive pricing. Very satisfied.

    trench drain and sump pump

    We replaced the damaged sewer drain with a trench drain and new sump pump. Eugene and his team at Aquatech did an excellent job. Rain is draining properly and sump pump is working great now.

    basement waterproofing

    The Aquatech team excavated around my house, replaced old weeping tiles, and did waterproofing of 1 basement wall. They were competent, professional, efficient, and did a great tidy-up afterwards. Nico is an excellent Project Consultant; he is knowledgeable, honest, and a great communicator. I am giving 4/5 stars for now, but would likely give 5/5 stars when I see that everything is water-tight over the winter.

    Great work and customer service

    The team did a great job on time and on budget. Shawn made communication easy with plenty of phone calls and updates along the way to ensure I knew what was happening the entire time. The guys on-site were pleasant and worked hard and fast and did exactly what was promised!

    French Drain and Sump Pump

    A fantastic job by 2 of the hardest working, polite guys you could ever imagine. In and out in a day, and left the space spotless. 5 Stars all the way around.

    Great Service, Professional Staff, Great communication throughout the project. I was provided pictures of the work, and the staff happily explained the process to me.

    Emergency Waterproofing

    Chicco was amazing. He came quickly, quoted fairly and delivered above expectations. I had the work done in April 2023 and it is still holding up well. They found the source of leaking and only had to dig the outside of 10% of my house. Saving me thousands of dollars. AMAZING!!. Then they added waterproofing and weeping tile. They ran into some kinks, like an extra wall they had to jackhammer through and a clogged drain, but didn't charge extra. Chicco thought of a unique solution with my outside drain and turned it into a catch basin after unclogging it for me. I couldn't be happier with these guys. Likely the best contractor I've ever hired.

    basement concrete floor, interior waterproofing

    Aquatech Waterproofing was able to look after waterproofing issues that involved replacing an old concrete basement floor, installing additional weeping tiles and waterproofing membrane indoors in order to achieve a dry basement. They are a very professional company and reply promptly and work diligently from the moment you call their office. Their employees are very polite and courteous. Eugene the project manager is knowledgeable of the work to be done and his assessments are thorough. He always replies promptly. He evaluated this project and gave a realistic quote and time frame for the work to be done and with no hidden agendas or costs. Supervisor Slava was onsite and he and his team worked steadily until the job was done. The team were very responsible and kept a very clean worksite. Wonderful company!!

    Waterprofing side of house

    This is the most amazing waterproofing company. This is our 3rd experience with waterproofing and I must say that they are professional, courteous, and generally amazing to deal with. The waterproofing held up through all the storms in the summer. I am more than happy and would recommend this company to anyone with water issues

    Foundation Leak Behind AC Condenser and Gas Meter

    Prompt response to my on-line request for a quote. Arrived on time, and helped to isolate where the leak was likely coming from. Had to have AC condenser removed to access the area. Quote included HVAC costs to remove and reinstall my AC condenser. Old AC unit has R22 refrigerant, but is still working fine after being reconnected. I was even allowed to contact the HVAC person directly to ask about R22 being an issue (R22 no longer allowed in residential properties). Had another supplier offer a lower quote but it was up to me to find an HVAC person to do the work. I contacted 15 to 20 suppliers for this. Most would not do it or were charging high prices (that would allow me to buy a new AC unit) with no guarantee of success. AC was disconnected on the same morning as the repair was going to start. Not a large repair....6 linear feet....but ground was very hard and gas meter/line still in the way. Work was completed by end of day and AC reconnected the following morning. Nice, competent workers. Area was cleaned up. Looks great. Thank you.
