    Asbestos testing

    Vince and Angelina are great to work with. They showed up on time and made sure I was informed about what they were doing. The test results arrived the next day (unfortunately not what I wanted) and they were helpful in telling me how to remove the tiles safely (only 8 tiles). When the kitchen installation company I'm working with (nightmare) wanted an air test, they were very helpful and preformed that test as well. I think I would have snapped if it wasn't for them. Thanks for listening to a very stressed out lady. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I'd give them 10+ stars

    Asbestos and Mold Assessments

    Having moved into our new house for a few months, we were planning to do some renovations and wanted to determine whether there we any environmental hazards before starting the construction. I had called many consultants and Angelina's prices were very reasonable. More importantly, because they only perform assessment services, there was no conflict of interest. Angelina and Vince arrived on time and were extremely knowledgable, thorough and informative. They walked through the entire house providing suggestions and advice on containment and remediation of potential hazardous areas. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends family.

    Test for mold

    They were great. They answered the emails quickly, they were on time, they were honest and did not try to sell us tests that we did not need, and they explained things clearly. I recommend them very highly. This is the first review I provide for a service in our house, and I took the time to do it because they really deserve the praise.

    Basement renovation

    When looking for information concerning asbestos removal I was given The Healthy Abode's number from a hazards removal company. I was very concerned with some material located in my basement, since the house is aprox 50yrs old! Angelina came to the rescue. Having the patience and knowledge to answer all my questions. Also going above and beyond what I was expecting. True professionals. Showed up on time and tested several different materials for an outstanding price. I feel better now knowing that doing reno's on my house will not hurt me or those helping. Thanks Healthy Abode.

    Asbestos Testing

    I manage a seniors home and a resident felt that material in our underground garage "looked" like asbestos that he was used to seeing in the 70's/80's when he was a tradesman. For peace of mind I had Healthy Abode come in. Healthy Abode were fantastic, professional and very patient with our resident listening respectfully to his concern. We were clear (which I knew), but you can not put a price on peace of mind. Thank you Angelina! Donna (Property Manager)

    Assessment

    Angelina was excellent - very professional, courteous and prompt! She took the time to answer all of my questions (pre- and post- analysis) and I would not have been able to complete the biggest transaction of my life without her. I highly recommend The Healthy Abode!

    Asbestos Testing

    I contacted The Healthy Abode for the testing of my textured ceiling and plaster walls and am very satisfied with the service they provided. Angelina and Vince were very friendly answering any questions I had about the process all while efficiently obtaining samples. The results were delivered as promised in a very short time frame and in detailed but easy to understand reports. I really appreciate that they provided me with both their own written summary report and they also provided the separate bulk testing reports from the lab facility. I would recommend the Healthy Abode without any hesitation. They simply did an all around excellent job.

    Asbestos Testing and Review of Basement Materials

    We are about to start on our basement remodelling and I wanted to test the materials in the basement and do a clean up of known asbestos before the demolition was started. Angelina took the time to listen to all of my concerns, we did a thorough walk through of the home and she assisted me in the best course of action to take samples. I have used Angelina`s services again since the first visit and would highly recommend this company. The reports and results were received on time and the reports were very thorough.

    Mold

    I was really thrilled with the service. Angelina was super helpful and provided lots of advice and information that helped me greatly. She really went the extra mile in answering questions thoroughly and gets back to you very quickly. I was grateful that the lab reports came back the next day. I would have no problem recommending her to others and would definitely call her again if any more problems with the house came up!

    Basement Environmental Assessment

    I have an older home in Toronto and was worried about the materials used in an old renovation. Angelina took the time to listen & tested all areas and was prompt with test results and recommendations. I was pleased and assured by her knowledge and competence in this area. kg
