    Filter change and Biocera Filter added

    Yasser arrived exactly on time. Politely removed his shoes and went straight to work. After work was complete he explained what he done and what I had to do afterwards (ie flushing system) Highly recommend this company and this worker. Would recommend anyone with and RO system to upgrade to the Biocera Alkaline Cartridge. After researching many of these Alkaline Cartridges online I came to the conclusion this was the best on the market so it's great to see this is the one Watermart uses. It's more expensive but this is not an area you want to be using a cheaper product. 10/10 for service.

    Installation of water softener system

    Watermark technician was delayed due to snowy weather conditions but he diligently and professionally completed the job once at our home. He took the time to answer our questions and was able to accommodate some additional work that we asked him to do (ie. addition of bypass tubing and install of 2 shower filters).

    Excellent Service

    Diana arrived promptly and did an excellent and efficient job of replacing our water filters. I loved having a lady technician:) She also kindly reset our carbon filter back wash timer.

    Slow dispensing faucet

    Our faucet was dispensing water substantially slower than normal. We were happy that Ron could come out to assess the problem and hopefully fix it. He did just that within an hour. He repaired the issue with two of our filters and had our water running at full speed per normal. We couldn't be happier with Ron and his service. His years of experience are a definite asset to us and we prefer that it's only him that comes out to either change filters or fix any issue. He is definitely the best! (We hope that he is compensated accordingly!)

    Filter change

    I’ve had my filter replaced before, but Yasser really went above and beyond in order to help me out. Previous technicians have told me to clean the faucet myself and empty out the cabinet for them before they arrive, but Yasser was keen to do all of it for me and let me take care of my business while he was doing it. Time saved is money well spent. Thanks Yasser!

    Reverse Osmosis System Services/Cleaned & Tested

    This morning Diana arrived promptly to service the RO system we bought from WaterMart over 16 years ago. WaterMart helped us transport our system from house to house each time we moved. Diana was one of many professional, friendly and skilled staff from WaterMart that we've come into contact with over the years. She was helpful, competent and patient in teaching me what she was doing and why. She was also knowledgable about factors that can lead to filter clogs, low pressure, etc. Above and beyond all this, she was so wonderful with our dog, assuring us that she could work without us having to put Bailey outside. Another great experience with WaterMart.

    Install of water treatment equipment

    Ken of Watermart replaced an old undercounter unit with a 3 stage filtration system and an upgraded spout and added a whole home system and chlorine reduction showerhead. He discussed placement of the units and provided updates and clear instructions/information and answered and invited questions. His approach was knowledgable and professional.

    Over ten years later, WaterMart still has our business

    When Ron showed up to change our filters this year, we were reminiscing and realized that we'd known one another for almost 15 years. I've owned three different homes in that time and more often than not, it's been Ron who has been our service technician. He's also the ONLY tradesman that I would leave alone in my home while I went to run a quick errand. Being able to retain a good employee like Ron says a lot about the management and ownership at WaterMart. Highly recommended!

    Water filtration

    I have had a Watermart system for about 18 months and couldn't be happier. The system works beautifully and I love the difference I can taste as well as see - no more orange water stains! The team at Watermart are fabulous and provide such outstanding service, it is truly a pleasure dealing with them. I had my first filter change last week and was thrilled with the team's responsiveness to my questions, my booking and Dave's responsiveness. Diana did the service and, despite the horrid weather she had to travel in, she was still so cheerful and friendly from when she arrived to when she left. She did the change so efficiently, leaving everything perfectly clean. Such a pleasure to work with people with a good attitude and Diana epitomises that. I only have positive comments about the Watermart and highly recommend them.

    Service

    Diana came to service my water softer. She was punctual and efficient. She explained the system and how it works, and I appreciate that. I am very satisfied with the service I received from Diana and from Watermart.
