I used Service4Appliances for the first time primarily because they were able to send a technician out within 24 hours. The techs arrived well within the window of time they had given me. They were efficient and diagnosed the problem with my dyer quickly. For the price they replaced the heating component, cleaned and serviced my dryer which was in danger of quickly becoming a fire hazard. Further they explained what they were doing each step of the way and left my laundry room clean after the repair. Thank you Mike and Vitaly for your good work. Would use this company in the future.

Mike and Vitali were prompt efficient and courteous. They quickly solved and repaired the problem with my washer. I am completely confident that they have solved the problem...now I just need to teach my tenant how to use the machine without breaking it. It wasn't the cheapest service but they scheduled us quickly and repaired it quickly. To me, that is value added. Thanks guys!

The serviceman was prompt and polite. He repaired my dishwasher quickly and kept me updated on the problem and the cost to fix it along the way. I would recommend this company to any friends and family in need of appliance repair.

These people charged me $320 in labour for a one-hour job that involved removing an interior panel of my fridge and clearing some ice buildup that caused a cooling fan to operate with a great deal of noise. I was told this would certainly solve the problem, but was offered no warranty on the job. The problem returned, except this time the fan stopped turning altogether so I didn't realize it was the same issue. This time I called a GE-authorized repair service. The wait time was longer, but it was well worth it. The technician who came not only diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes, he showed me the cause (not enough slope on a runoff drain) and also how to remove the panel and fix it myself in the unlikely event that the issue came up again. The service came with a 30-day warranty on labour. Labour cost this time around for exactly the same work plus some valuable information: $140. Conclusion: Do NOT call Service4Appliances. They overcharge insanely and don't guarantee their work.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was charged $327.70 for a so called service call that was quoted $80. The technician showed up and said nothing was wrong with the washer and that it needed no parts. However the floor was not level and the washer might again stop because it’s unbalanced. I was charged $327.70 for minutes work. I called the company to complain and demanded a revised invoice they refused. They also claim they have no managers who you can complain to. Stay far away from this company.

Pure disaster. They came to work on my washing machine. $280 labour plus parts. Not only did the machine not work properly after the visit, but my dryer - which was fully functional - was broken. Rude at the office. A horror show all round.

I called Service for Appliances to get a rattle in my driyer fixed. They first said it would be $280 to fix the probleem. I paid the $280 plus HST and still broken. NOw they said it will be an extra $300+ for parts. I spoke with Ilona @ 416-479-9799 and she was very rude to me.

they looked at my washing machine...said they did labour on it which they didn't. They charged me a total of $280...and its their word against yours...office is very rude. DO NOT USE THEM!!! No real company truck...they come in their cars...they will not fix anything.

Mike and Vitaly from service4appliances were on time, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They were very thorough in checking all components, and found two major fixes. They spent the time to care for the issues immediately, also to walk me through the issues, and provided tips for future prevention. I'm extremely pleased with their service and wouldnt think of calling anyone else in future. Highly reccommended. Thanks again for the help! Im an avid cook and couldnt live without my dishwasher!

Mike came to repair my Maytag washing machine on February 22,2013. The service I received was fast, knowledgeable and friendly. I was given a service window and Mike was very prompt. he explained thoroughly what the issue was and how he was going to repair it. I will absolutely call Service 4Appliances for all my needs.
