    Poolhouse washer repair

    Still early for me to fully judge but so far I'm happy. Friendly, quick and knowledgeable. Unfortunatly I have an old Maytag stacked washer/dryer and parts take a while to be ordered... we'll see if the 1 week turnaround will be met.

    whirlpool dryer

    my dryer needed service so i called service 4 appliances and they were very fast and helpfull. the technician was very friendly and quick, the cost of the repair was actually less than what a different compant had offered me and the job was done to my satisfaction. i will be using service 4 appliances without a doubt in the needed in the future. Thank you guys! :)

    Maytag Neptune Washer/Dyrer

    I must say that I have not been impressed in a long time! Our washer leaked and our dryer did not work on the Permanent Press setting. The responsiveness of Service4appliances, their professionalism and their desire to handle my problem exemplified exceptional service exceeding my expectations. The technician (Roman) was both professional and polite. He knew his stuff and was in and out in jiffy. From the office to the technician, thanks for great service and keep up the great work! Joe.

    Whirpool washer repair

    I want to say thank you for the service on my Whirlpool front load washer. We had the appointment at the same day we called your company. The technician that repaired our washer was one of the most polite and knowledgeable person. It took him practically no time to diagnose that the drum needs to be replaced. He had a part in his truck. The service was incredible not saying that the price was very affordable as well. Thank you, Service 4 Appliances, keep up with your great work!

    diagnose and repair leaking maytag fridge.

    called last nite via email , response later that nite and booking for today bet 11-2PM. Roman Ashurov arrived at 1148 and completed the job in great time. I was totally impressed by his professionalism and efficiency. Time will tell if he was correct but I`m confident he repaired the prob successfully. Will recommend to others. Thanks. Ken

    Front Load Washer Diagnostic and Repair - RIP OFF!

    WOW! THESE GUYS ARE HORRIBLE. DO NOT CALL THEM!!! Any positive reviews are by people who have no idea what anything costs. I called about a front loading washing machine drainage pump, I asked how much will the call cost. They say $80 and then that will be deducted from the repair. I say okay come out and see it. Two guys come in and have the the machine drained and the motor removed in about 25 mins. They find some coins and bobby pins that were apparently preventing the motor from turning. I am told the motor is definitely broken... and they can repair it or replace it for $200 or $475 respectively. I think that this is outrageous so I make a call to another place and they say they have the motor for $50 and will install it for $90. Plus when I asked what was required for a repair I can't get a straight answer out of the guy... "oh we'll take it a part and then you got fix the free spin... it shouldn't do that" he says, He also cannot clearly tell me how he tested it to be sure that the blockage did harm the motor and not just prevented it from working for a couple of seconds. So getting the sense that I was being ripped off, I said you know what just put it back together I'll pay you your $80 and you can get out. He says... well it's not just $80 anymore it's another $100 for the diagnostic. Absolute garbage! SERVICE4APPLIANCES WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! BEWARE!!!!!!

    Poor Refrigerator Repair

    THIS WAS MY FIRST (NAIVE) REVIEW - a 10. Mar 21: My KitchenAid refrigerator had been acting up for months, and finally stopped cooling. I scheduled a service appointment for Mar 21 through the KitchenAid 1-800 number for Canada and took that day off. Unfortunately, I discovered on the day of that that they put me down for the wrong week. The best they could do was reschedule for three days later which would have meant taking another day off. I found Service4Appliances online. Within an hour of calling them, the technician (Roman) showed up, and within about two hours systematically investigated, diagnosed and fixed the problem - a faulty sensor. I was impressed with the professionalism and reliability, and will be using this company again. MY SECOND (REALITY CHECK) REVIEW: Jun 11: The exact same problem with the fridge again. Roman no longer works with the company. The company does not guarantee their work. They claimed the charge was only for 80, and that it was for a faulty thermostat not sensor (?). The total charge was for 169.5, so I'm not sure if Roman pocketed the difference, or if they were referring to labour only. While Roman was very nice and very professional, he obviously knows very little about refrigerators. Basically he defrosted the fridge, claimed it was the sensor, and supposedly replaced it. Just defrosting it alone actually fixes the problem - which I explained to him. Extreme changes in humidity seem to trigger the problem. I WOULDN'T USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK, AND PRACTICALLY BEGGED ME FOR THE HOME STARS REVIEW. I ALSO WILL NEVER BY KITCHEN-AID PRODUCTS AGAIN. THIS FRIDGE IS ABOUT 3 YEARS OLD.

    Dishwasher diagnostic

    I wish I'd have read the reviews prior, BUYER BEWARE!! Asked prior to making the appointment how much it would cost for diagnostic on a broken dishwasher, was told $80.00 Was then charged $180 for service call pus labour, which took 3 guys 2 hours to determine that the motor and motherboard were broken. The customer service with this company is a joke and is a complete rip off. They will not be clear with you what the costs are for diagnosing the problem and I was told "sometimes teh customer isn;t right" and "you only heard what you wanted to hear" DO NOT CALL THEM AT ALL!!!

    Repaired our fridge and freezer!

    Our fridge/freezer suddenly started to get warm and defrost. It was a long weekend, and service 4 appliances came immediately I called - the technician was very clear in his explanation of what the problem was, and fixed the problem within 2 hours of my calling. This is a company that excels in terms of customer service - don't hestitate to give them a call - they are great!

    Maytag Stove

    After 5 years of use, my Maytag stove decided to quit on me, and the oven stopped working. I did some reesearch on the Internet and found their website. I decided to call Service 4 Appliances, the technician came the next day and took the stove apart, found the issues and assembled it back. The following day he came with the parts, installed them and everything worked flawlessly. I am completely satisfied with the quality of service and the price, considering he had to replace the relay which controls the oven. I strongly recommend Service 4 Appliances, They are truly professionals.
