They took $350 from us just to look at our washing machine. They didn't even tell us what was wrong. STAY AWAY.The didn't do a single thing to our washing machine. After we complained to the technician that this was unreasonable, he told us to call and get a refund. We called and they refused to refund us. These people need to go under.

this company , is built I beleive to rippe off innocent people, im woundering how it is still in busness , they charge me 316$ instead of 85$ just for consultation the did not repair any thing. they are dishounist

I wish I had seen the reviews before I called them. The reviews say it all. Stay away. The technician gave me the quote to fix the problem. $300 to fix the agitator from being off balance. What they did was grease a few pulleys and tighten a belt but that isn't how it was presented. I was led to believe they were going to service the transmission but once they were done they told me what they had done and that if the problem continued The transmission is a sealed unit and would need to be replaced. I was only able to replace the transmission. It was not serviceable. REALLY. This company is a RIPOFF. PERIOD. Do not call them.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. STAY AWAY. Asked them to fix the washing machine. 2 hours and $350 later they left, 12 hours later still doesn't work. Now saying $650 to replace the pump, with no credit for terrible service. Sham artists, stay away!!!

STAY AWAY!! Tech came early, took apart the machine, asked for a vacuum and cleaned it. Said there may have been a blockage and it tripped off. After about 20 mins of cleaning he put it back together. Told me it would be $280 !! Never gave me any kind of quote or estimate ahead of time (as the website claims) less than an hour to vacuum and $280??!! Called company spoke to a manger Alona-she said she cant confirm he didn't tell me. Asked if she wanted them to go back and break the machine to get my money back? Basically said she wont do anything. Rude on the phone, no offer of any kind, all while chomping on some candy. Never use this company!! I wish I had read the reviews first.

Long weekend BBQ my fridge and freezer broke. The only good thing I can say is they came when they said they would and it was on a long weekend. They charged us $500 for a fridge relay!!!!! I just searched the internet and this part is only around $20 - 30?? We were so ripped off and to make matters worse it has been 2 weeks and the freezer has now stopped working. We may call but they will probably charge us again... Save your money and go to someone who won't blatantly take advantage of you in a desperate situation. I would like to add in fairness we called them today and they are coming to check with no charge to do so...I will post an update with the outcome.

I am glad I have contacted that company. They have repaired my washing machine quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again. They are a serious company. and everyone were friendly and courteous.

Shay came out and fixed both my dishwasher and my stove. 2 burners needed to be replaced on the stove top and an arm for the dishwasher. He was polite and efficient and both work fine now. There was a delay in getting parts but with LG there is always a delay. They did book me immediately when the parts did come in.

Dishwasher was leaking from the bottom. I was told the hose had a hole in it (which was true) but had to buy a new motor because it was attached to the hose. I asked him can't you disconnect the hose. Oh no, it is attached to the motor. To fix the problem over $450.00 for part and over $250.00 for labour. I told him I would buy a new one. That five minute visit was $90.00 which I was aware of. However multiply $90.00 by how many calls a day and you can make a pretty penny. Anyways my neighbour looked at my dishwasher and bought the part at the store for $21.00, a piece that is connected at the end of the hose. Works like a charm now. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

My dryer is not work properly, due to the long weekend, most of the appliances repairing company was closed, and then I called Service 4 Appliances and was able to get an appointment within 24 hrs. Shay (the technician) showed up on time and was quick to fix the problem. After a few days of operation, the dryer worked well. Thanks for the help. (Would be better if the charge is more cheaper
