Sent a friendly and punctual technician out on a Sunday to assess the problem. Quick professional assessment, ordered parts the next day (Monday morning) and installed the day after. Affordable cost. Very pleasant and professional.

Very quick and efficient. Technician identified the problem right away and then went out to get the part and installed it. The job took about 5 minutes so it was done in no time.

While moving we noticed a leak in the dishwasher. We required immediate service and our repairman was able to come that day and everything was repaired quickly and within a decnt price.

I placed a phone call concerning the shut off of my oven. Atiere came out within an hour of my call and determined that the touch pad needed to be replaced. Unfortunately during the investigation, the glass top was broken. Of course I was quite upset, but he assured me that he would come back with all the parts, for the touch pad and the glass top. He came back at the agreed upon time, and repaced the touch pad, and the ceramic glass top. He was very appologetic during the whole time, and only charged me for the work I was hiring him to do. Although my experience was less than ideal, the job was "made right". Atier was reiable and dependable..

Very friendly to deal with and did a great job on installing the dish washer the proper way. Will defiantly use again for future projects in the house. Prices were great and a job well done.

Our fridge was not working properly so we called High Tech. They were available when we needed them and were very pleasant to deal with. Very easy process. Our problem was diagnosed and fixed very quickly. Even though another part was needed (that wasn't in the truck), HT brought the part the next day and installed it quickly. Was up front about everything right off the bat, including pricing and the work/time the repair would take. I'd recommend to anyone. They also can be available 24/7, which was great because we needed them on a Friday evening and Saturday morning.

The service tech was very responsive. He came the following day, which was my earliest availability. He picked up the part, installed it, and even adjusted a folding door problem I had. Very satisfied.
