    DISH WASHER INSTALL

    I CALLED HIGH TECH APPLIANCE SERVICE AND I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE TECH AND HIS INSTALLITION SERVICE AND ALSO HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESIONALL. I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND WITH THIS COMPANY.

    Dryer not heating.

    My dryer was not heating. I called High Tech Appliance service. Technician came ontime and diagnose very quick. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and tidy. Very satisfied with the work. Strongly recommended.

    stove not working

    i have call high tech appliance and they sent george then he came to the house in mnutes and fixed the stove and he was really really nice to me and my family and thx for the time.

    oven not working

    Our stove was not working on the bake setting. The technician came on time and fixed our stove quickly, and was very friendly. We would be happy to call them back for service again.

    Freezer leaking water

    Freezer was leaking water and I needed it fixed. Called Hightech Appliance and they came quick. George the technician did a good clean job. Was very polite and well mannered. Future problems I will call George and Hightech Appliance again.

    Refrigerator Repair

    Our refrigerator was not cooling. The technician diagnosed the problem over the phone and indicated the expected cost of the part and repair (he did warn us that if it was the compressor that the repair cost would be more and that a new refrigerator may be the better option at that point.) The Tech arrived on time and replaced only the expected part and charged exactly what was quoted.

    Thermador Oven Door Latch Replacement

    George was okay in the beginning but became progressively worse throughout our dealings. He was unable to fix the stove at first because he had to order a part from the store. After charging $130 before any work was done ($50 for upcoming labor and $80 for the part), I had to call him to find out about the status of events - 3 weeks after our initial meeting. He said the part came but it was defective so he would have to order another one. I told him that we needed a stove now and since he was not able to get this done we would have to go somewhere else. I told him we wanted our money back and he said he would send us a cheque! Since we gave him cash, I told him that's how we wanted the money back. We made an appointment for him to return our money the next day from 8am -12 noon. He never showed and did not answer any of our calls. He turned his phone off! We have yet to hear from him!!! Sadly. there is only one number to call and it seems to belong to George. He mentioned that he had a boss but no documentation I've seen or found online supports that. This was a horrible experience and upsetting even more since he decided to keep retired people's money for service that was never performed. Very untrustworthy person/ people in this company folks so beware!!! If you want to lose your friends and family...then recommend this company to them. NOTE: After 5 weeks, the issue was resolved by the owner Atiar who very sorry that we had to go through this episode. He called me to fully understand the issue and was appalled by what happened when I explained it to him. Atiar refunded our money via certified cheque and finally made us whole for the cash expense we incurred. My satisfied rating has become a 3 (from 0 in my original review) for this company because of the time and effort that was unnecessarily spent on all of this.

    frigerator GE

    My refrigerator was not cooling, and I was concerned about a major problem and/or cost.The gentleman I contacted was very prompt ( even though it was a Sunday ) and courteous, I was very pleased he did not over charge me, but was very professional and quick to solve my problem.

    Fixing oven

    I called High Tech Appliance Service, they came very quick and fixed my oven very well. The technician was very efficient, friendly, tidy, knowledgeable, did a great job, and I would recommend their services to anyone.

    Fridge Repair

    Out GE fridge was making a clicking noise every time the motor started and I felt that it was going to die soon. I called High Tech Appliance Service on a Friday at 2pm and George said he could come by 5pm the same day, however, I opted to wait until Saturday. George arrived on time and was able to quickly determine that a new main board was required. He ordered the part, came back the following day (on time again) and fixed it in a timely manner. Everything now seems to be working correctly thanks to George. I highly recommend calling High Tech if you need any of your appliances serviced.
