    Best of a bad situation

    I had an unfortunate mold issue and contact a few different companies before choosing The Mold Guy. Drove was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through all of the damage, the effects, the requirements to remediate and made sure I understand everything including all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend him.

    Mold Removal in the attic

    It was really comforting to get these guys come over to remove the mold. When we had a mold detection in the attic of the house, and we wanted to get rid of it asap, we called a few providers. It was during a long weekend and the contractors didn’t respond. Some even didn’t commit and claimed to swing by sometime in the next 2 weeks which was going to be too late. But it was Kay who was the only one who was calm, very supportive over the phone and promised to address the issue asap. She scheduled the guys immediately after the long weekend early morning. Before you could realize, they came in, went to the attic and took care of the issue. It was amazing to see the friendly and extremely responsive customer service. Would definitely recommend the team.

    Great service

    We used the mold guy for asbesto testing. The technician was on time and professional. After taking the sample, he offered to check out the basement and gave us several useful tips on how to keep basement dry. The result came back on time as well. Very smooth experience.

    Mold removal

    Very pleased with service and the two guys who came in were very professional, polite and on time. They covered everything, cleaned up and left everything neat. They also provided recommendations on how to prevent the problem from occurring again. Highly recommend.

    Attic Mold Removal

    The Mould Guy were wonderful from as soon as I contacted them for information. Kay answered all my questions and accommodate us on a very short notice, it was an absolute pleasure working with her and the team who serviced our Attic did a wonderful job. The service was outstanding and I would and will highly recommend them to family and friends.

    Amazing service

    Guys came exactly on time, were extremely pleasant and professional. Did a great job at a fraction of the price of an earlier quote! They left the house spotless, explained everything they did and gave me tips on how to prevent the problem in the future. I could not be happier! I so highly recommend Mold Guys!

    Mold Remediation

    The two people, Justin and Michael who did the job from Mold Guy were very knowledgeable , efficient and extremely polite. They explained the procedure very well before and after the service was performed. We will strongly recommend this company to our friends.

    Attic and Crawl space Mold Removal

    Excellent service overall. Kay was informative and pleasant to book the job with. The job was done as described and the clearance letters and photos were sent within hours of the job completion. I would recommend them for mold removal.

    Black Mold in Cold Cellar Basement

    We have a large cold cellar that was filled with black mold; we got an inspection right away and they were available a few days later. Professional, friendly staff, anonymous white van. Meticulous, hard workers. I did a follow-up air test that they send to a lab and we are completely mold free. In fact there is more mold outside in the air than in our house. They asked if we'd like to keep anything in the cold cellar and disinfected one sentimental metal piece. They also removed everything we didn't want to keep, including other things not even in that room. We have a certificate stating we are mold free. I truly recommend these friendly professionals; I'm so pleased and relieved with their work!

    Basement mold handling

    We recently had work done by The Mold Guy, and we were very happy with their service. They were able to provide the initial assessment and estimate very quickly (the day I called!), and they did the work shortly thereafter. The office staff was very friendly and helpful, and the men doing the work were friendly and polite, and did a great job!
