    Attic Mold Removal

    Phil and crew arrived 5 minutes earlier than expected - 6:55 a.m.! They were extremely professional, friendly, and clean. Phil gave us a very clear understanding as to what our problem was and the work was performed with much less disruption or noise than we anticipated. Kay from the office was a breath of fresh air, given that we were calling her in a panicked and frightened state. She arranged for remediation sooner than we could have imagined. All-in-all, this company made a difficult situation much less scary and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

    mold in bedroom?

    Our tenant called in a panic to say she had found what she thought was black mold in the bedroom. We called the Mold Guy and explained the situation and that it was urgent. Brittany worked and managed to get us an appointment that same afternoon. Not only that but the results are in just 2 days later. NO MOLD!! We are thrilled and the tenant is ecstatic!!! We are thrilled with the service we received in every way.

    Air Quality Testing

    We had had some dampness in the basement carpet and with my allergies really acting up, I wanted to make sure there was no mold. Got a referral from a real estate agent friend. I wanted to make sure that we would get accurate results. (Had heard stories from people who had unnecessary work done). Inspection was on time, thorough, they took time to examine everything and sample results were back in two days. We got a clean bill of health!

    Basement

    The Mould Guy offers excellent service. They were here within 3 days of my call. Ross was terrific - very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. As he inspected the house, and set up the air testers, he was also kind enough to offer advice on projects we could undertake ourselves to improve the waterproofing and mould resistance in our house. Very satisfied and would recommend.

    Mold in the Attic

    We called The Mold Guy when we discovered mold in the attic. We got a few quotes and we are very happy that we went with The Mold Guy. We have had repairs and renovations done to our home over the last 10 years and our experiences have run the gamut. The Mold Guy's staff was knowledgeable and patiently answered our many questions. They addressed our concerns and were quick with a quote and able to schedule service at a convenient time. The staff that came to our home was professional and courteous and also answered our many questions. We appreciate the guarantee extended by The Mold Guy and the follow up call after the job was completed, to ensure that we were satisfied and determine if we had any more questions.     Mould removed from attic

    We discovered mould in our attic and needed it removed ASAP. This company was very responsive and were able to send a team out almost immediately. Very professional and great to deal with. The technicians also provided some advice with respect to the bathroom fan vent that was contributing to our issues. Would highly recommend dealing with this company.

    Mold Inspection

    I first spoke with Kay on the phone and she gave me a lot of very good information. I called her back and arranged for a site visit to my home. Drov arrived a few minutes earlier than expected which I greatly appreciated as I had to get back to work as soon as possible. He inquired about the history of the home and identified the places where mold was present. The moisture readings he took indicated the walls were dry, and the visible mold was at the surface only. He took readings and inspected both upstairs and downstairs and provided me with suggestions on how to clean the areas. I followed his suggestions on the weekend and was very happy with the results. All in all I was quite pleased with the service from The Mold Guy, and would happily refer anyone to your company.

    Mold test

    There is some kind of leak in my house which seems to have no origin. In my living room, there is a wet spot on the floor that seems to have begun on Friday and it is soaking towels that we lay there. On Friday evening it seemed like someone had just spilled a bottle of water or something. Then I call mold guy to come to my house.

    Best Customer Service

    We called the Mold Guy to help us figure out what the weird smell in the basement was (we thought it was mold). Although some common mold was found, our technician went above and beyond to help us understand what else could be causing a smell and how to prevent further mold buildup in the future. He could have easily up sold us on more services and didn't. He was honest and helpful with his recommendations. Would definitely recommend them.

    Attic Mold Removal

    Called to have mold removed from the attic of our new home. The initial call was very clear and informative and an accurate quote was given upfront. The guys arrived on time. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves as if they were never there. All the mold was removed within 3 hours. Impressed with their service all around and would highly recommend them.
