    Attic Mold Remediation

    Attic Mold Remediation A 10 in terms of price and service, quick and efficient, a pleasure to deal with. The before and after pictures were a nice touch because I'm not going up there!

    Mold removal

    I have used Ross's services on many different projects around the GTA and every job was done on time and on budget. What more can you ask for? Ross and Lucas have an abundance of knowledge with the expertise and skills to remidiate any problem. Keep up the great work guys!! See you on the next one.

    attic mold removal

    we were pleased with the fast turnaround to questions and the flexibility to act quickly. the guys were on-time, polite and made limited noise (which was important as the work happened early and we have young children). a duct issue was also corrected free of charge which was a nice plus.

    Service

    Very professional and punctual.Within 48 hours from the estimate,we had the attic and cold cellar free from mold.Ross was accommodating with the time frame we needed and Lucas was on time and showed respect to our home while working.Cleaned up and kept us informed as the job progressed. Thank you once again!

    Mold service

    I can with all sincerity recommend Ross and his team to anyone that needs a job professionally done. For a person like myself that has a busy schedule, I was thankful that they were punctual and very effective. Ross went above and beyond in meeting my needs with both information and service... He even got me lunch and gave me a discount from the total cost. Canadian businessmen has a lot to learn from people like Ross... They will all be successful with no fear of bankruptcy.

    attic mold removal

    I was very pleased with MoldServices.ca. I was in the middle of selling my home and a small amount of mold was found. Ross, the owner of the company sent his employee Lucas over straight away and the problem was fixed! Lucas was professional, friendly and tidied up after he was finished. I would highly recommend this company!

    mold removal

    While doing a renovation, mold was discovered on the interior surface of an exterior wall in an upstairs bedroom, likely due to a water leak. I called Moldservices.ca and Ross was able to come in for an estimate the next day. He did a thorough job examining the room and identified all areas of mold and gave a very fair price for the job. He returned on time on the day agreed upon and did a great job. The affected areas looked as good as new after the treatment. (See before and after pictures.) Ross was professional and answered all my questions. I can't thank him enough. I would definitely recommened him to my friends if they have a mold issue.

    Mold Remediation in Cold Room

    Our house's previous owners had drywalled the cold room and subsequently we had mold growing on the walls and ceiling. Ross supplied a solution at a reasonable price. The team was knowledgable, on-time, very friendly, and work was completed on-time and on-budget. We are very pleased and highly recommend Ross & his team.

    Mold Inspection

    I had a roof leak and had a lot of water come into my walls. It turns out the leak may have been going on for some time, unnoticed. Once discovered I was concerned about mold behind the walls so I called Ross. He arrived the same day and was very easy to get along with. He is very professional and knows what he is talking about. After doing some non-intrusive testing he let me know that there wasn't anything I should worry about. Humidity levels in the wall were normal and there was no signs of mold. He also inspected my basement and cold cellar as part of the review and gave me a few pointers of things that I could do to reduce the chance of mold growth. Ross also recommended a roofer to me to fix my roof, who was also amazing and great to work with. At the discovery of the leak it kept me up all night, but after speaking with Ross and his associates it put my mind to ease. Moldservices.ca and Ross display the service and professionalism you would expect from people you contract in.

    Mold remediation

    After using Ross's mold remediation services in my own house, I recommended Ross to my parents for my Grandma's house. Ross was very responsive via email and offered to make the trip out to Niagara Falls. As usual, he was punctual, professional, did a great job and stuck to his original estimate. My parents were really impressed with Ross and his work.
