    Mold Testing

    From my initial email query, to booking the appointment, to the visit, to the report, I found them very friendly and professional. No complaints at all. Air tests were performed inside and out, and a concise report was provided.

    Mold Removal

    While going through the sale of our home, an inspector determined that we had mold in our attic causing us to loose a potential buyer. Ross came out the next day and reassured us that the situation was minor. He squeezed us in the following day and made our attic look like new. We now have an offer for our home that we are currently negotiating. I'm hoping to never have another mold problem, so I wish Ross would change careers so we can do business with him again. =) He was helpful and very easy to work with. His customer service was far beyond my expectation. As a business owner myself, I understand how hard Ross works to make his clients happy. I totally appreciated his quick response to my 911 call.

    Mold Inspection

    Ross was great. He was able to come by promptly after my phone call to make an appointment. He was reassuring that our mold was really mild and only on the surface, all we needed to do was install a fan in the bathroom. He even had a natural spray to remove the existing mold. His service was fast, professional and honest, all of the qualities you want when you are concerned about mold in your home.

    mold removal

    Ross did a great job fixing our attic. He was on time and work efficient. Explain everything. Highly recommended. He came on a day of big snow storm. I would expected him to be a no show. But he shows up and finish everthing on time. He also recommended an electrician to help us with other stuff who was very good. Great experience with him.

    Mold Detection and Removal

    24 hours - From the moment I spoke to Kay to the moment Ross came home!! Talk about unforgettable customer service. Ross is personable and friendly. What we thought to have been a nightmare, turned out to be an easy fix. Not only did he put our minds at ease, but educated us on what we should look for and what we need to do to focus on fixing the problem. No costly repairs needed.     Mold Removal

    I just wanted to say how truly lucky I am fall on this company. I mean the professionalism that I was met with was astounding. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and think about it, they went above what they said. I'm so happy I used these guys

    Mold Cleaning

    The renters living in my house do not bother to use any electrical equipment like the exhaust (after bathing) or the range hood while cooking resulting in excessive humidity. This resulted in mold issues in the bedrooms and the closet. Ross and Rob realized my dilemna. They not only cleaned the mold, but painted with a mold resistant paint and installed an attic fan which would suck the humidity constantly from the affected rooms. They were very flexible and understanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my friend's.

    Mold inspection

    WOW! We looked on HomeStars and found MoldServices.ca when we saw mold on some of our ceilings throughout the top floor of the house, actually we called three companies MoldServices.ca being one of them. The other two companies came out for free and scared the hell out of us, quoted thousands of dollars to remove the mold and drywall and do a air scrubbing and stuff. When Ross came to the house the clouds went away and the sun came out, not only was it just surface mold but he cleaned it up for us on the spot, explained how to prevent it in the future then walked around the house and gave us some do’s and don’ts. His integrity and honesty kept us smiling for days. We highly recommend this company.

    Mold Inspection in bathroom

    Ross at Moldservices.ca was great! I had requested an emergency mold inspection, Ross was able to make it at that very same day! Ross was very knowledge and friendly. Not only did he inspect my bathroom ceiling which was my area of concern he did a courtesy inspection free of charge to my HVAC unit which turns out had the real problem. Ross gave me some great solutions to tackle the mold and also refered to me contractors that would be able to take care of the problems. I would highly recommend Moldservices.ca

    Mold not a problem!

    We found out we had black mold in our attic. We googled and found this company and read the reviews so gave them a call. Absolutely amazing!!!!! From the time the phone was answered it was done. I was told by the wonderful lady on the phone no problem and she would call me right back. She did within minutes and said Ross is 15 minutes away from your house - he will take care of this. Ross did - he booked to come back at our convenience and arrived to take care of the issue. Not only was he fast (approx 5 hours) he was thorough - the before & after pictures wonderful) - the room where the attic access is was left spotless - the van in the driveway was just white and unmarked so I appreciated the discretion. The report followed almost right away and was totally thorough. Other companies I talked to in getting quotes they left me with the feeling of the end of world. Ross and his team......there was no problem - done over - fixed! Thank you!
