We hired Level Q for our home renovation after seeing the work they did on a friends home years before and they did not disappoint. The team was efficient and tidy throughout the project and we were most impressed with the communication throughout the process. Quotes were updated in real time so there were never any unexpected costs. We will use them again for future projects and would recommended for anyone looking to renovate their home.

We received several quotes before we choose Level Q. We ended up choosing them because the quote was reasonable, and Ehab was very responsive and professional. He answered all of our questions and was flexible with design changes throughout the process. A few companies we contacted stopped returning calls/emails when we asked questions about the quote and wanted to make changes. The deposit was also reasonable. Some of the other companies wanted 50% right off the top even if the start date was 6 or more months out. We did have to book many months in advance (6 to 8 months before the job started) because they are busy. The process of choosing our finishings and appliances was smooth, and Ehab was very helpful during the process. The lag time did allow us to purchase and receive all of our appliances prior to the job start date. This was helpful when it was time to do the job because we weren't waiting for anything. The cabinet company they work with did a great job on the final product (we love the custom cabinets!), but they weren't flexible with covid protocols leading to an extremely unpleasant experience with the woman at the office. Otherwise we are very happy with our kitchen! It turned out beautifully and it's extremely functional. Exactly what we needed (we have way more storage now given that our kitchen is relatively small, and the custom storage solutions they installed for us are amazing!). Once the job started the work was done promptly and professionally. We made a variety of requests along the way, and Ehab's team was quick to accommodate. Everything we requested was done in a timely manner. The team members were all very friendly, professional and easy to work with when they were at the house. The job stayed on budget and there were no "surprises" so that was helpful. Extra costs were generally based on our specific requests, and I appreciated how transparent their invoicing system is (you see all the line items and their costs). We would definitely recommend Level Q (Ehab and his team) if you're looking to do some home renovations!

Ehab and the Level Q team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We reached out the several contractors and to tackle our major remodel of our Living Room, Dinning Room, Kitchen, Hallways, Stairs, and Powder Room. This included removing walls, relocating our kitchen and adding a large kitchen island. Most contractors didn't want to take on the scope of our job. It was imperative to us to have a single point of contact to mange our Project. Then we met Ehab and, simply put, the answer was yes to all our requirements and he was able to provide a very competitive quote for the entire project. The Level Q Crew were professional, clean, punctual, and always a pleasure to deal with. We were able to totally customize our design, with the guidance of Ehab and Nasser. They took the time to explain each step of the project and always included us in any design decisions. It was clear they wanted to deliver a solution customized for us, and not just an out of the box/cookie cutter design. When those dreaded unexpected issues surfaced during our project, Ehab took the time to consult with us to and gave us options on how to move forward. Our project was completed within our estimated timeline and on budget. With Level Q, it's the small things that make their services truly special. Examples of those little things were ensuring our lights on our island were perfectly spaced to changing our power and central vac receptacles (without asking) to helping us come up with a solution to mounting our TV in a challenging spot. Nasser is to true craftsman. He won't mark a task complete until it done to his high standards. He treated our house as if he was working on his own house. This type of service is invaluable. The results of our project have simply blown our minds. The end results far surpassed our initial hopes. Level Q will be our contractor for any future renovations. Words cannot describe the excitement/contentment and satisfaction that we had with level Q during our full house renovation. From our very first planning meeting to the final outcome, Ehab and his extremely talented team did not disappoint and executed our vision perfectly. They took our vision and made it our perfect reality. The level Q team has an eye for detail; and assisted us in every step of the way! After receiving several quotes we chose Level Q on the basis of other reviews, Ehab's friendly nature and quick responses, and the detailed line by line estimate we were given, which made it very clear what each piece of work cost and when payments were due. We were kept updated on timing and covid related delays beyond their control. The work was a complete gut job and renovation. Both the Level Q team and their external trades were incredibly clean. Everyone was considerate of our pets and us working from home. They were patient with our questions, and knowledgeable on design / aesthetic / ergonomics, and we talked through changes to scope of work, which were promptly updated with revised estimates. The attention to detail was impressive, and it felt like they were building something for themselves, such was the care and quality of the work. Potential cost overruns- eg lumber - was mentioned to us, but thankfully prices had come back down by the time work started. The point here is that there weren't any surprises. Of course some things needed to be adjusted, but everything was clear as day. This crew cares, and so do the people they work with. We loved the experience and end result so much, we intend to hire them for our kitchen. We hope that speaks for itself. With all sincerity, we simply can't recommend Level Q highly enough.

If you are planning a renovation I HIGHLY recommend Level Q.  We had an amazing experience from Ehab's first visit to provide a quote and throughout the entire renovation of our ensuite. Our main goal was to maximize our space but we had a specific budget to adhere to. Ehab worked with us to create a timeless bathroom with custom finishes that stayed on budget! During the renovation it was evident that Ehab and his team take pride in their work and provide excellent customer service. If any questions arised during the renovation Ehab always responded promptly. We were also provided pictures during the process to see how the renovation was progressing while away from the house and to ensure we agreed where hardware was bring installed.

We needed to finish our basement, which required several steps: insulation, wiring, drywall, painting, flooring, stairs, baseboards, pot light installation, and more. This is our first home, and was our first time ever having construction done in our lives. Ehab and his team made the experience so easy. It was a dream to have them work on our house. They were friendly, tidy, professional, and knowledgeable in every way. You can tell they care about their work. Not just to do it well, but to make sure homeowners are happy with the results. For any future projects we will 100% use them again, and recommend them highly to anyone else looking to spruce up their house.
