I haver to thank my daughter for referring this efficient and honest company to me. Not qualities you often find in business. They said they would come at 9 am and were there promptly. I was only getting a trickle of hot water from my sink faucet. They identified the problem immediately and in no nonsense fashion , repaired it in 17 minutes.

I am really happy with their plumbing services. I have used them twice already. Ari was efficient and explained to me exactly what had happened. I would certainly recommend this company to other users.

Our house is over 40 years, and various drains, taps, and sinks were original and in need of TLC. We got a quote from another highly ranked homestars company, but the price seemed very high. Levstein and Stern were a recommendation from a friend. They have a very transparent pricing model. You pay an hourly rate. Any hardware is provided at cost with no mark-up. Stephen came to our house on time. We walked through the house to identify all the work required - new laundry room faucet, new kitchen faucet (cracked), new sinks and plumbing in 2 bathrooms (they were completely corroded), fixing a leaking outside faucet, and clearing a lot of slow moving drains. Stephen was fantastic at identifying what needed to be done, and more importantly what did not require work. He completed all the work, and the final price was 1/3 of the quotation from the other company. Stephen was a real pleasure to have in our house. I'm always interested to learn from service professionals, and he was happy to walk me through the work he was completing. Levstein and Stern Plumbing will definitely get our business for life.

I needed to replace toilets purchased a few years ago at Cosrco - the toilets kept running. I replaced them with Toto toilets which are much better. This plumbing company was fast friendly and efficient. Steve was polite and cleaned up his mess when he was finished. I would happily recommend them to others.

Ari came out and did a great job. He repaired the job within 2 hours of me calling him! It was a simply pipe leaking but as an inexperienced homeowner you could not ask for better service. We had 2 jobs - our outdoor tap had poor water pressure and we needed a sink tap install done. No issues with the sink install but the outdoor tap needed a few visits to get right. Stephen was very responsive and didn't give up until he figured out a solution that was the most economical for us. Thank you Stephen!

Came home from a trip to discover that it was literally "raining" in my garage due to a massive leak in an overhead pipe. (My garage is located under my house.) There was water everywhere. In a panic, I called Levstein and Stern, as they had been highly recommended by a friend. Ari Levstein calmly and courteously reminded me to turn off my main water intake valve, and said he would be at my house as soon as possible. He and his assistant arrived promptly, and had the problem diagnosed, fixed, and the water back on within an hour. If you want excellent work provided courteously at very reasonable fees, you cannot do better than Levstein and Stern. I will be having them back as soon as the weather warms up a bit for other plumbing work I need done. Very pleased to have found them!
