    Cracked pipe

    I found a leak in my basement on a Sunday morning. The pipe leading to the outside faucet had cracked. I called Ari and he was at my house within the hour and the leak was fixed. Ari was efficient, prompt and clean. I will definitely use him again!

    Kitchen Sink Repair

    After having some issues with one of the big plumbing outfits, I decided to give Levstein & Stern a try. I had recently bought my home and knew there were issues related to my kitchen sink. It finally came to a head with a clog I couldn't fix myself. Ari was punctual and professional (and patient with my father-in-law looking over his shoulder). He fixed the clog, corrected the drain piping, and installed a new faucet - all in a timely manner for a fraction of the estimates I got from other plumbing companies. I know I will have more plumbing work as I reno my house and these guys are my new plumbers. Thanks Ari.

    Tap Leaking

    Steve came to fix my leaking tap. As it turned out, my cartridge was a "special" order and he went to several places to find it. He is reliable, punctual, gives 110%, honest and cleans up after himself! I would highly recommend him.

    kitchen sink repair

    we called Ari because we had a leak with our kitchen sink. He was quick to respond (within 24 hours), helpful and reliable. He seem knowledgeable and was able to get the problem done quickly. I would recommend him to others.

    Toilet repair, shower repair

    I have used Levstein and Stern for several different plumbing jobs since moving into my new house. They have always identified and fixed the problem quickly and reliably. They are professional, responsible, neat and reasonably priced. Ari even thought to take digital photos of some of our pipes so he could monitor them for changes over time. I would definitely recommend them.

    Fixed faulty toilet

    My experience with Ari was 100% positive. He was punctual, courteous and friendly. He promptly identified the problem, gave me a very reasonable quote and then fixed it on the spot (and best of all cleaned up after himself). I have used Ari several times over the years on everything from a toilet to shower to my kitchen sink and I have never experienced a problem. I have recommended him to all of my family and friends and so far everyone seems to share the same positive experiences. At the end of the day it is just nice to know that when something goes wrong – and it always does – you have someone you can quickly call that you trust to fix the problem!

    clogged sinks

    These guys really know their stuff. They are always punctual, give accurate assessment at honest rates, and work quickly and neatly. They take care of customers 24/7. This is the place for all your plumbing needs .

    Plumbing services. Fixed toilets and sinks. 4 small jobs, all resulting in improvements.

    I was very happy with the job these fellows did. Treated me courteously, were very professional, and juggled their schedule to meet my needs. I would gladly rehire them if a plumbing problem came up and no hesitation in recommending them.

    Pooling water in the shower

    We recently experienced water pooling in our shower stall when we showered. The water would eventually go down after the water was shut off, but we quickly realized we had a clogged drain that needed to be snaked. I called 4 different plumbers from Homestars and all of them said they would need to assess the job before giving a quote. I called three other plumbers I saw advertised in the Village Post and they all gave quotes. One of them was Ari from Levstein and Stern who not only came in with the most reasonable quote (by a significant amount) but said he could come the next day (Saturday). He showed up on time and did exactly what he said he would do for the price he quoted. While he was at the house we said we had a similar problem with the sink and he immediately recognized that it was a problem with the drain plug and replaced it immediately (he had a spare part on his truck). Now both the shower and the sink both drain perfectly and we're very pleased with the result. I would highly recommend Levstein and Stern to anyone with a plumbing issue. We will be calling Ari Levstein the next time we need a plumber.

You were the first to call from our village post ad, which had only come out the day before. I couldn't let other plumbing issues that I noticed in the bathroom go without mentioning them and offering a quick repair while you already had me there.

    Plumbing Job/toilet install/fill valve replacement

    What a fabulous experience. Mr Stern arrived on time, did super work in a timeous manner changing out 2 x toilets, replacing a faulty fill valve and installing an automated toilet seat. He then checked to make sure everything worked, showed us everything and explained the various functions then cleaned up after himself. You would never know he was here for 3 hours! Frankly the very best plumbing experience we have had in 20 years. Very highly recommend Levstein & Stern plumbing. PS He even hauled out the old toilets and put them in the van!
