Totally awesome product from Craftbilt. I ordered one for the front porch and a smaller one for the side door. The sales staff were very helpful. I only had to supply the dimensions. It took about 5 weeks for delivery but it was worth it. The company does not install the product but can recommend qualified installers.

Liked the product and service and response from salespeople excellent. Initial problems with me started with the receiving of old installations instructions which was quickly recognized by Lisa and remedied. Bart filled in equally admirably in Lisas absence. I was treated good. I made the structure 24" OC which meant I had to rip all the panels and also cut to length, which slowed the process down considerable. However, having built it once would recommend to anyone and would do it myself again no problem now with the experience. Enjoyed dealing with Lisa and Bart, both taking the time to cover my concerns.

Great product. Better installation instructions would be great, or a video. Can be confusing between a parallel and perpendicular install of decking. Ran short of screws of about 200 to 300 to finish installing. Wish sealant would be provided by company as we went through 30 tubes of high end sealant at $15 per tube, it really adds up quick. Self taping screws would really facilitate install aswell as speed up the process. All said and done, great product. Will see if it holds up against ice this winter as some water does stay at the edges where the nosing sits on top of the boards and creates a "dam".

Wanted a canopy over my front door, preferred a Canadian manufacturer, many thanks to the staff on the phone that helped me. Cost and shipping was high but was pleased with the results. Despite no instructions on how to install, best guess got it up, and I am overall pleased with he product.

This is not big box store railing. It is a level above. More complicated to install but well worth the effort.

Aluminum decking went down easily and finished job was good. Friends here had not seen an aluminum deck before at a home.

We installed 5 windows and a door under an existing deck to close it into a sun room that we could enjoy year round. The windows allowed sun and light in while keeping out rain and screens the summer insects.

We wanted a screened in porch, our carpenter suggested craft bilt inserts. The company personal were very professional and prompt in responding and meeting our needs, including follow-ups and response time. Our order arrived and was installed without any hang-ups or issues.
