    Window part replacement

    Maris of Vinylbilt sent n\c parts through a technician for 9 year old window in an existing home. Great service, since I wasnt the original purchaser and saved on shipping! Only required photos.

    Bathroom window crank handle

    Repaired home window

    One of our Vynilbilt windows had a stressed crack. After getting in touch with a number of companies offering home window repairs, I contacted the manufacturer Vynilbilt. They were quick to respond with a competitive quote, which I accepted. From there on, the process was smooth and professional. Their communication was top-notch. Moreover, the installation by Jonathan, one of their employees, was superb. He was meticulous, paying attention to the details. All in all, this was an excellent experience. Thank you.

    my home addition

    Copied from unsolicited note I sent today... Hi Maris Thanks for arranging to have your service tech here to look into our leaking windows. Your service man suggested poly foam strips placed on the outside jamb slots. I just happened to have suitable foam and have forwarded a pic with one installed. I think this is potentially a good solution so we agreed to try it this winter and see how effective it is. If not, he said just contact you again in the spring. By the way, Johnathan and Salvatore were very helpful....great guys and an asset to be representing your company! Sincerely Chivers

    First Class Window Repair

    Highly recommended for repairing hardware on double hung windows. Excellent service from first contact to completion of work. My 12 year old windows are like new.

    Replacement of foggy window after 20 years

    Fantastic lifetime warranty on the window super spacer-insulating glass. My windows were installed 20+ years ago; recently one of the panes had become foggy between the double panes. Vinylbilt windows honoured their warranty and replaced the affected pane. There was no charge for the glass; however, there was a labour charge of $175 plus tax for installation. Maris in the service department and Jonathan for the installation were a pleasure to deal with.
