Drain Replacement Inside and out, backwater valve install, and water main replacement outside
Vitalyi was great to work with. He was courteous, polite, professional and patient, and kept me informed throughout the project. He was accessible and offered good advice and recommendations regarding the state of my drains and water main. The work was done quickly, and efficiently inspite of the changes in scope of the project. Initially the work was to involve a section of inside drain from a collapsed clay pipe in the middle of the basement through to the property line outside including installing a backwater valve. As the work progressed, Vitalyi advised me of the decrepit state of my original 100 yr old + water main so we replaced that as well. And as a considerable part of the basement was dug up, it seemed to make sense to do the rest of the clay drain pipes, including repositioning the main drain in the basement floor.
Vitaliy's crew were polite, efficient, tidy, and as clean as you can be when doing that kind of work. Their english was limited but Vitaliy seemed to keep in close contact with them, gave them direction, and provided regular oversight including daily visits to the house. Vitaliy also prepared the City of Toronto forms for the backwater valve rebate and also for replacement of the water main on city property and gave me detailed instructions on the processing of them with the City. He really was very helpful in every respect and I thought very reasonable for the work that was done. I would highly recommend them.
