    water service upgrade

    I called Vitaliy through a contractor friend for a water service upgrade and camera inspection of my sewer line.He came the same day to quote and was very reasonable. The next day his crew showed up and did the upgrade within the day and also replaced the sewer cleanout in order to inspect the sewer line. After inspection there was a clog on the city side which I called in and had it cleaned out! thanks to Vitaliy for such a prompt and professional job! Rob

    Flood in our basement

    We had a flood in our basement and found out it was the result of sewer back up. The guys from Master Drain came in right away and started working immediately. They were neat, tidy and fast. They truly met and exceeded my expectation.Definitely recommended this company.

    INCREASING WATER PRESSURE

    We had issues with the water pressure in our 2 storey home. We hired Master Drain & Water Works and we're so glad we did. We saw the difference once they finished the work. Great hardworking people! Very courteous as well. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

    Replace main water line

    I was planning to upgrade my main water line but did not know who to call. Saw them on my street. Asked for a quote and was fair. They came the next day. Good price, very fast and clean. Am very happy with their work. Will use them and recommend them anytime.

    Old Water ppipe replasement

    Our experience with Master Drain & Water Works was terrific. We had a water line leak in the delivery pipe between city pipe and our house.Vitaliy explained us how he would replace the pipe in it's entire length, do minimal damage to the lawn ,not disrupt the foundation wall or concrete walkway, and protect our interior finishes. His crew was early,hardworking and tidy. It was a big job, done in a very prompt and neat manner. Everything works perfect now. Definitely will use again

    basement drain repair

    master drain and water works came and fixed the problem we had in one our customers house , he would be our plumber from now one just wanted to put a word for them . thanks

    piping/plumbing work

    The guys responded to the call very fast and were able to fix our plumbing/piping issue almost right away. The service was professional, quick, and priced well. Highly recommend this company. Thanks for your help!

    Water pressure problem - no water

    We had huge water pressure problems in our duplex. It has been fixed in spite of bad winter weather and wet soil conditions. 3/4 inch service pipes were installed inside and out (excavations) all thanks to Vitali from Master Drain and Water Works - 10 stars!!

    Slow drain

    We had a slow drain at our company. Vitaliy came quick (same day) and scoped & snaked the drain. No problems. I will definitely use this company again for future maintenance or new work.

    Installing weeping tile

    We had a massive flood in our basement and Master Drain & Water solved the issue. They were on time, quick and provided excellent service. The job appeared to be huge and were reasonably priced. Thank you.
