    Camera, snake, clog removal

    Superb, professional and simply amazing service. The cost is very affordable and took them less then 2 hours to respond to emergency call and my drains were flowing again. A+ thanks for great work.

    Enlarge water main, install new basement drain, snake drains

    vitaly and his crew have done 3 jobs for me and every time has been excellent. He is always very prompt, efficient, knowledgable, leaves the site clean, and his pricing is very competitive. All the work he has done has been very good. I am an architect and would have no reservations recommending him to clients.

    Plugged Drain System

    I found this company and it was an immediate response. The guy came quick, did his job, no questions, no conversations just strictly business done right. All companies should be like this. I don't know if he was the owner or just a worker but he was very professional. Thank you very much.

    Sanitary Sewer Replacement

    Vitaliy was quick to answer and return my phone call and his crew is very courteous and professional. Vitaliy thoroughly diagnosed my plumbing problem before making the big dig and showed me proof that my clay pipe was breaking down with video. These guys were very patient with me answering all my questions and concerns and they did the job right. Highly recommended.

    backup water in basement

    Friendly and punctual. Problem well diagnosed and stuck to cost even though the job was worse than anticipated. Left premises as clean as can be. Would recommend in a second. Vitaly called back after job was completed to make sure job was satisfactory and to my expectations.

    Drain system replacement

    Vitale is a very nice person to work with. The crew were on time, clean and completed the job as scheduled. The whole clay drain pipes were replaced with ABS using new technology and the driveway was not damaged. The driveway had just been paved in summer of 2012 I am very happy with the work done.

    Blocked toilet

    We had blocked the toilet and our house supperintendent called "Master drain & water works".They arived within 2 hours and solved the problem.Workers name 's Vitaliy-he was very kind and did his job in about 5 min!Thank you very much for the help!

    Drains

    Vitaliy was great. Diagnosed the problem using tools and experience and provided a quote that was accurate. Previous plumber had just suggested he'd need to "rip up stuff to see what was really going on". And they were apparently a reputable company! Never had cleaner workers as well. Like they were never there. Thanks guys.

    main drain replacement and line upgrade

    Vitaliy and team were excellent! I would recommend them to anyone needed service. I called them based on prior reviews because of a drain back up on Dec 28th. Vitaliy showed me the issues on the camera. He had a crew here the next day, which is critical when you are home for the holidays. The crew finished early with a job well done and a clean site. I would recommend Master Drain to anyone needing drain and line service! Thanks, Dave
