The team at Aire one were very professional. From the sales team who were very knowledgeable on the various products, to the installation team led by Abbas who did a great job of the installation.

On time and very professional two man crew who changed my AC. Cleaned up the mess they made and very knowledgeable with what they are doing. Price is very competitive. Highly recommend this company!

After furnace/AC install I had 3 floods in my finished basement. Never suspecting the install by aireone, I replaced 2 basement windows ($1900), had the water heater replaced and relocated, installed a pan under the washer and replaced the carpet as after 3 floods it and the underpass wash shot and stunk. During a really heavy rainfall culprit exposed itself. the hole to feed lines to the A/C outside was literally pouring water in. They had a small amount of silicone on the inside wall and nothing sealing the outside. A toddler would know this was backwards and would eventually decay the foundation. Calling them in I was told that it wasn’t their hole. It was already there. Even though they stripped the old lines and sealant out of it. They refused to compensate for any expenses occurred and even wanted to charge me $700 to relocate the hole. When they sent an installer over with a can of spray foam I told him to take a hike as the repair I did myself in the dark with high quality silicone was better than anything they could do. Hasn’t leaked since I asked them to leave and don’t come back. The repairman was stressed and said this kind of thing happens all the time and they won’t stand by their work. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

I had my furnace and humidifier looked at and maintained by Jawid from Aire One... I was very satisfied with his work. He is very professional and he explained everything that needed to be done as well as explained costs and payment schedule for maintenance for the following year to help save me money! Thank you for your professional work Jawid. Yes I recommend this company.

I have been calling around for a quick furnace replacement and with my brother's recommendation, I called Aire One. They were able to install right away, they were at my house approximately 3 hours after I made the call. The technicians that came covered the floor to keep it clean from their coming and going inside the house. They left the area clean and tidy and I now have heat in the house!

My 8 year old AC stopped working. The compressor needed to be replaced. The AC was purchased ny my previous owner 8 yrs ago from this same place but no warranty coverage as they told me that because the owners have changed, there is very limited warranty and compressor does not cover it. So better off buying a new unit. Purchased a new unit and they gave us a time slot, which we requested to make it earlier but could not as they were swamped. Understandable. But then they came late after the time window provided - at least they did come on that day and fixed it. The AC was installed perfectly fine. The technician took 2.5 hrs to install and check to make sure to see that the AC is working fine. One great thing about this company is they answer calls 24-7 round the clock.

Air one installed my new a/c unit and have done the yearly maintenance on my furnace and a/c unit for a few years. From the staff in the office to the technicians, very polite, professional and I’m very satisfied with the work completed and cleanup after each visit. Would highly recommend them to any of my customers.

Nemo, sales rep. was fabulous. Very informative. Answered all my questions. Did follow up day after installation. He was extremely helpful. The installers were fabulous as well. They both worked tirelessly all day. Cleaned up after themselves. Very satisfied with whole experience from Aire 1.
