Originally a lovely inviting experience with a salesman named Nemo who seemed to be transparent and honest. Then he showed up late on. Sunday evening when originally promising to come by in the morning to complete the contract. Once you sign the contract, you become chopped liver to this company. The salesman actually wasn’t being that honest. Promised aire one employees, sub contractors showed up to do the work. Failed to mention the need for a drain pipe, so was asked this on the spot by the sub contractors. The sub contractors were lovely hardworking people but failed to follow the contract details to install the piping where requested. It took several back and forth points of contact to get anyone to come back to fix the issue, which meant taking an unnecessary day off work. Summary: a dishonest salesman with no concept of time, a company that promises to call you back and never does and failure to get it done right the first time.

Nemo was very professional and knowledgeable and explained in great detail the type of equipment to be installed and always promptly replied to any further questions I had after the initial call. Patrick arranged for a convenient installation date and called back the day before installation confirming the crew arrival time. The installation crew led by Abbas, David and Armin were very prompt, professional and performed a very efficient, excellent and careful installation of all the equipment. They were always cordial, friendly and respectful ensuring no damage was incurred when removing old equipment and installing the new equipment. From Sales and Service to Installation, everyone was professional and all performed to high standards. Thank you all very much for an excellent job.

During the recent heat wave our 28 year old air conditioner finally gave out. Our furnace, of a similar age, was giving us trouble earlier in the year and the decision was made to replace both. We obtained quotes from several reputable area HVAC dealers and put our faith in the staff at Aire One. Luckily the units we required for our home were in stock and the work of replacing our old units was begun the next day. The installation went smoothly and the crew were great. They were very professional and accommodating, kept the mess to a minimum and did a great job of cleaning up. The new units work beautifully and we only had to suffer through two nights of heat. Unfortunately, due to the weather, they could not complete the new furnace vent and we've been waiting two weeks for the completion. Neil Laidman rusty_cdn@yahoo.ca L9B 2J6

Had to replace furnace and AC units. Nemo spent about an hour with us determining best units for the house and addressing all of our questions and concerns. I appreciated that he didn't appear rushed during this initial appointment. He was also very accommodating and was able to have the technicians come install the new units within 2 days. Technicians also did a great job explaining what they were doing and went above and beyond correcting the errors from the previous company from which we were renting equipment from. Highly recommend!

Extremely satisfied with Aire One, had a big job in an old house with no ducts, Nemo assessed and recommended the best equipment, and the installers Abbas and company where true professionals throughout the whole job. We cannot be happier with the new ducts in every room of the house as well as brand new Furnace, AC and Tankless water heater. Thanks so much! Aire one is always our number 1 choice and it was a pleasure to deal with Nemo, Abbas and their crew.

Approximately 5 months ago we had Aire-One install 2 furnaces, 3 air conditioners and a tankless hot water system. This review, while lengthy, must be shared because credit must be given where credit is due. While I'm not in the habit of sharing online comments, I have this overwhelming need to firstly acknowledge the exceptional service we experienced during this process, but, in addition to that I wanted to provide a true depiction of the units themselves and how they have performed for us. As an experienced home owner, when we met with Nemo. My first impression was, "what's this young man going to know.....just another salesperson. " Let me add that we met with 3 other salesmen. Nemo was a standout. He was informative, acknowledging things that we had overlooked, living in a 2 story for the first time. He was patient, and understood that we were going to do our due diligence before proceeding with this endeavour without him trying to sway us in any way. Keep in mind we were installing 2 furnaces, 3 ac units and a tankless hot water system. He was always timely in returning phone calls no matter day or night. He didn't try to over sell and was attentive to our specific needs. He was prepared and organized even taking pictures for the installers so they would be prepared for any obstacles they would encounter both inside and out, so the project would run effortlessly. Nemo returned after the install, making sure we were satisfied. Now onto the installers, 4 young men lead by their leader Abbas. I only have one word to describe them.......AMAZING!!!! Their attention to detail was meticulous. I cannot say enough about Abbas and his team. He told me he was the best and I can absolutely confirm that. He is an absolute winner in my books. Now, onto the Carrier products. The Carrier units in this home were approximately 24 years old. We considered other brands, however, decided to stay with Carrier as they stood the test of time. 1) As to the noise of the units, sure I hear them.......somewhat. The noise fades quickly in time. Where our furnaces are located there is no insulation in the ceilings. One can only expect some noise to penetrate through. If it were problematic, there is a cure. 2) We have noticed a change in our gas bill, definitely less than previous years. Overall, we are satisfied with the units. 3) The AC units have not been in operation yet, so no comment can be made at this time. We did request the blankets for these units to help muffle any noice that may come from them. I have however, been in touch with Aire-One to arrange for a start-up and that conversation was seamless. The one drawback with our tankless hot water system is the location. Unfortunately, the closest outside wall was substantially away from the furnace so it takes a couple of minutes for the hot water to reach the kitchen faucet. Never having had this issue before, I recognize that its simply just one of those things, but certainly something to keep in mind. No issues with the unit itself. I would highly recommend Aire-One, Nemo, Abbas and Carrier Comfort Series 59TP6080 furnaces and Navien 180 tankless hot water heater for anyone in the market without hesitation. I am however, unable to comment on the 24ABC630 AC's at this time. I hope this review has been helpful. Karen Hayes

Ross Farewell Did a great job cleaning the furnace, but far more importantly taught me more about my furnace then the techs over the last 15 years. We will consider your company first for a new furnace. Please forward to his boss. Jon Peterson
