We share a mutual lane with our neighbours that needed to be resurfaced. We decided to go with concrete. Looking around the neighbourhood at mutual lanes that had recently been done, many were done by MScott Home Improvements. We really liked the work they did, and decided to hire them to do ours. They did a great job, used top quality materials, excellent workmanship and the crew was reliable and accommodating. They were organized and kept the property clean throughout the course of the job. We would not hesitate in hiring them again.

It was a pleasure to work with Mike and his team, who was headed by another Mike. They were professional, courteous and kept us updated as to what was happening at every stage. They also cleaned up after themselves and left the site looking great each day. The work was just great so I wouldn't hesitate to endorse them.

Mike removed and relaid a sidewalk at my home and did a great job. The job was completed three years ago and still looks great. Mike and his crew were very professional, courteous and always kept the job site clean.

This is the second time I have worked with Mike and his team on a basement project. The first time was the waterproofing of my basement and most recently I project managed a 620 sq ft. basement renovation. Mike's scope of work included removing the existing slab, digging down 6", installing perimeter weeping tile, prepping the floor for radiant heat and applying a 3" finished concrete floor. Their concrete work is excellent and they are a reliable, personable team. They maintain clean work sites , are very well equipped and work in tandem with other on site contractors. I highly recommend M. Scott Home Improvements for all concrete work and waterproofing.

Mike did a fantastic job, took care of the city, my problematic neighbors with no surprises. At one point I got the sense he under quoted me on the deck. The quote he gave me was not altered (even though I'd have understood and paid). I will use Mike again this fall to tear down an old garage and build something else. Mike and his crew did a great job for my client in pouring a concrete pad for a single car garage. They worked well with my team and the other trades. They never hesitated to go the extra mile for my client and made my job easier. I would not hesitate to hire Mike for my next garage project.

Michael was very professional in his dealings with us. He returned calls promptly, provided a quote, explained the work to be completed and arranged for us to meet his crew on another site. The workers assigned to our job were happy to give us updates, kept the area clear and worked around the needs of our tenants. We were very happy with the job and our basement is now dry even during the heaviest rains. They know what they are doing and fixed our problem.

We demolished an old shed in the backyard and started its replacement from scratch with a new slab foundation. Mike returned phone calls promptly, gave an estimate over the phone and stuck to that estimate at the end of the job. His crew was polite and thoughtful during the process, and they met the agreed-upon timeline. Highly recommended for their work.
