    Stucco

    Aiad and his team were extremely punctual and will follow exactly what you want and get it done in a timely and efficient manner. They will give you exactly what you asked for and work to get your home in great shape as fast as possible. Would definitely recommend!!

    Stucco Repair

    Our stucco home was in desperate need of repairs in many areas, namely the east and south facing sides. Aiad and his team did such an amazing job! He is truly an expert at his craft. They completely stripped the east and south facing sides of the original cracked and bubbling stucco. They even replaced and repaired the interior plywood and wall studs that were rotting from water damage. The colour match to the original stucco was perfect. The quality of workmanship was very high. The timing of the project was perfect too, all prep and application was done in a timely fashion on good weather days to ensure the new stucco could dry properly. Aiad and his team's attention to detail, cleanliness of the site, workmanship and reliability was exceptional. We would highly recommend Cosmopolitan Construction Inc to anyone else who needs stucco work done.

    Stunning work .. professional and excellent team

    My husband and i were thrilled by the quality of work we recieved by Aiad and the team for refinishing the exterior of our house. The dedication and the detailed work the team did was absolutely great. Promised and delivered exactly on time and ecxeeded our expectaions .     External refinish of the house

    Came finished the job in less than 3 days Fixed damaged stucco painted the whole exterior Worked 7.o0 am to 7.00 pm

    Just Want To Stay Outside & Admire

    We are thrilled. Night fell on the day that the team wrapped up, leaving us with completed exterior paint and stucco work and we just didnt want to sleep and stay outside, admiring our house. Thanks Cosmopolitan Construction! It was wonderful being able to choose the colours we desired, and add the painting and caulking to the stucco work we wanted. We appreciate having a quick and friendly quote at the house, a detailed estimate, our questioned answered, and work efficiently executed by such a friendly and hard-working crew!     What a difference! Beautiful stucco!

    Weve been considering different types of siding for years. More than the look we wanted something to increase the insulation r value. Weve driven by work that Aiad and team have done and were impressed. We signed contract, they showed up on time and got the work done in short order. The stucco has made a huge difference already in terms of noise barrier, insulation and looks!!! Great experience!

    Exterior stucco & stone

    Aiad and his crew were professional and extremely kind. Aiad had help guided me in the direction of the design and would go over and above what was originally planned just to ensure everything would look perfect. Overall my experience and expectations were exceeded and will be looking for them for any home exterior work!
