    new air

    We were in "hot times" when we were recommended to you to install a new air conditioning unit. Not only done quickly, on budget and with a huge smile (from both your man and me). Thank you and YES I would recommend you to our friends. Sincerely Steve

    Furnace and purchased warranty for furnace.

    Excellent customer service. Prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend. I like that they call to remind you when maintenance is due and prompt on returning calls. There's also a survey where you're able to provide feedback.

    Furnace tune up

    We have just recently moved into a new home. The technician from Martino came in to make sure or HVAC system was working properly and answered all of our questions. Quality service... Thank you!

    Maintenance for HVAC

    Service was prompt and the job quality was excellent. The service technician was really friendly and he answered every question I brought up. I will recommend their service to my friends.

    IN-home Air Quality Ventilation units

    We have IN-home Air Quality Ventilation units in my new home .There was some issue in system and stop working.We call MARTINO customer care department ,they acted promptly and resolve issue.Service technician was very professional and polite ,customer service experience was excellent.We strongly recommend MARTINO Product Kokila and Shyam Jagani

    HVAC Warranty

    This experience from 2015. Martino was our warranty provider for the HVAC installation in our house. (HVAC itself was installed by another contractor who has contract with Martino). After moving in we realized there was an issue as the A/C would not shut-off after reaching desired temperature. Martino's techs made a number of follow up visits and eventually resolved the issue. The issue was quite unique and took 3 visits to resolve. (The problem being that it takes a long time to replicate the problem. Each technician "thinks" the problem is fixed, but we would only realize it's not the case, days after the tech's visit.) Good: -My issue was eventually resolved for us as part of the warranty. No extra cost to us Not so good: -Took 3 visits to correct the problem. It could be due to the uniqueness of the situation. All the techs did run various checks, so as a non-expert bystander I couldn't really pin this on them. Great: -Everyone I spoke with in person or on the phone were super courteous. Conclusion: 4/5 on satisfaction due to the time it took to correct the problem. 5/5 on recommendation due to the interaction with everyone in this company.

    Maintenance Plan

    I got a maintenance Plan through Martino HVAC and they went over and beyond in rectifying some issues they found and cleaning my furnace. Good service. Professional and friendly staff.

    AC installation

    Excellent Service, both technician came on time and completed the task. The cost is very sufficient compared to other providers. Technicians placed the AC where I wanted it installed. I would recommend Martino.

    Great Service

    Martini HVAC was a pleasure to work with. Scheduling was easy, the appointment was on time, and they even provided tips on how to control the air flow within the house as they walked us through the appointment and the service that they were completing.
