I called Craig at Four Season Comfort after my AC unit broke down and the team was amazing. The serviceman walked me through the repair and gave some handy tips to keep my system running properly so I could avoid undue issues in the future. Feeling very fortunate to have purchased my AC unit 8 years ago from these guys. Great after sales service from a great team. I highly recommend buying from Four Seasons Comfort Heating and Cooling!

Had my A/C unit installed last week. The guys did a great job and answered all my questions and concerns. Craig is very responsive to email and was able to book me in quickly. The work done was clean and efficient. Definitely recommend to anyone who's looking to change their AC go with Craig!

Exceptional customer service from Craig and an even better price. Was quoted over $4500 for a similar 2 ton unit by lennox and only 1 yr labour warranty. Craig provided a package that was much better than competitors.

This was our third time using Four Season Comfort Heating & Cooling. Craig's team had previously installed a new furnace and an A/C unit for us and we were exceptionally pleased with both experiences. Needless to say, when we needed a new hot water tank this year we knew who to call. Craig is helpful, prompt, knowledgeable and recommends exactly what is needed at a fair price. His crew were punctual, friendly, got the job done quickly and left the work area clean. I have no hesitation in recommending Four Season Comfort Heating & Cooling to anyone. As always, 5 stars!

We contacted 4 local companies for a quote to replace our furnace. Dinesh of Four Seasons was diligent, professional and went way above to ensure that our questions were answered and that we were satisfied with the installation. Kam, our installer, was exceptional. He explained what they were doing and was very informative taking the time to explain the equipment and how to maintain it. We are very impressed and would highly recommend this company for any of your heating and cooling needs.

Needed an upgrade from builder-grade AC and Furnace. Went with Lennox/Armstrong 2 stage A962e and Trane XR 13 2 ton. Super pleased with the Craig and this team from quotation to installation. Craig's team is courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend all my friends and family.

Craig and the team at Four Season Comfort are fantastic and have provided us with excellent service. They installed a brand new A/C unit by Trane to our new home and they did an excellent job with the installation and service. They were able to pencil us in under super short notice, just before we started experiencing the heat wave. It's a great A/C unit, super quiet and does a great job keeping our home cool. Couldn't be happier with the unit and service by Craig & co., I'd highly recommend them!

I highly recommend working with Craig and his team. Our AC broke right when the weather was getting hot and although they were booking 3 weeks in advance, they made an exception to accommodate us when we mentioned that we have a newborn in the house and saw us within 2 business days instead. I really appreciate that gesture and I can only imagine how difficult it mustve been to address this. The gentlemen who came to our house, were quick and did the installation really well. They answered all our questions. Craig further did a follow up call to explain further maintenance of the system. All in all, were very impressed with the service.

Craig and Team did an amazing job replacing my aircondition system i initially put in. Needed to replace the spacepak in my attic and the unit outside. It's been the coolest my home has ever been during the summer, and it works properly ( original unit froze all the time)! Highly recommend! In fact I'm connecting with him to work on my boiler now.

My 2 year old furnace was experiencing trouble and failing with error code 13 and 33 this heating season, which required constant resetting of the furnace at least once a day. After contacting the original furnace installer, it was very obvious that he did not want to help, and so I contacted Craig, even though the furnace was not his responsibility, because my experience with a new AC installation in May was so positive. Craig came through and immediately responded with an email and call and we ran over some diagnostics over the phone and email. He sent someone from his team to look at the furnace the very next day, and it was discovered that a necessary setting was not turned on when the furnace was originally installed. The furnace has been working flawlessly since. Craig and his team provide excellent customer service and they have earned my trust. My interactions with Craig have always been positive, and he takes care of his clients. You'll be the first one I call for any future HVAC needs. Thank you so much Craig!
