Craig's team came by earlier this week, and were done in 90 minutes - a feat I thought not possible. They took time to answer any questions I had, and Craig both called and emailed after the fact to ensure I was 100% happy with the service I was provided. AC works well - and already got a workout with the 30 degree weather we've been having these past few days! Would highly recommend. In fact, we're having them come back in the fall to do our furnace!

Craig was very fast to get back to us. He responded very quickly by phone, text and email. We were about to by the product from Home Depot but Craig's price was $1000 less. The installers showed up on-time and were very efficient. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Just had my central AC replaced with a new Trane unit by Craig and team, and the entire process was smooth sailing. They even went out of their way to inspect my old furnace given some intermittent heating issues last winter, and was able to quickly isolate and fix the issue. Would strongly recommend these folks to anyone looking for any HVAC work. Craig's my one-stop shop for any future HVAC work.

Had Craig and his team come to install an AC unit. IT has Has never worked correctly since day one and I have been unable to get Craig to come back to repair for over a year. Finally had someone else repair it today and they showed me that the AC unit that Four Season sold me was previously damaged and then repaired, possible by Trane or by Four Seasons themselves. Even if it was epaired by Trane, Trane or the distributor would have told Four Season that the unit was previously damaged and then repaired. so they knowingly sold me a previously damaged unit for full price.

I’ve used Craig twice now. He helped with our ac in the new build. And then with a furnace and ac replacements in our current house. We had great work done by Craig and his team the first time around, we knew we wanted to get him again for this house. Superb work, extremely responsive and very helpful in answering our questions. Really happy with them and definitely recommended.

Yesterday I had my AC replaced and moved to a new location by the Four Season Comfort team. Craig was very responsive and helpful beforehand and followed up after the install was done. In addition to moving the lines and drilling a new hole for the new location, the technicians had to deal with getting the large old coil out of the furnace without much room to work, but did a great job, cleaned up afterwards and gave a lot of helpful tips. I'm very happy I went with Four Seasons Comfort for my new AC! I will be going back to them for any HVAC/AC/Furnace needs I have in the future and will refer others to them as well!

Craig and his team of installers were great to deal with. Craig was always available and quick to respond to any questions, and his team of installers were professional and knowledgeable. Definitely do business with his team again.

Craig's team replaced a tank heater with a Rinnai water heater. It's easy to communicate with Craig and the installation was very smooth. The team showed up on time and worked on the job efficiently. It's professionally done and they cleaned up nicely afterwards. The pricing is fair and the workmanship was excellent. Highly recommended.
