I appreciated the advice on what to buy, and the follow up for best performance of the air conditioner. This company stands behind their installment.

Craig’s crew completed the installation of the Trane XR13 1.5 ton a/c and humidifier for my 1400 sq. ft. townhouse. The guys were very friendly and did a great job installing everything and showed me the important items that I need to remember. Craig called me after the installation to go over the maintenance and recommended filter to help ensure the a/c is working most effectively. I’m very happy with Four Season Comfort and I highly recommend this company.

Just had my furnace installed by Craig and his team to replace our furnace that stopped working. Craig went out of his way to install the furnace the next day in order to spare my family from suffering through the cold. His crew arrived on time and within a few hours had the new furnace installed and the old one removed. My old furnace and air conditioner needed replacement. After research, I decided to try Craig's company. Having technical background, I tried to figure out the best solution and after reading basics about furnace and AC types, capacities etc. asked Greg millions of questions. He answered with great level of detail and patience suggesting several options. Mike (technician) came to make measurements and also was very professional, polite and patient answering all questions. When installation time was arranged, the crew (Mike and Al) came on time. They put rags on the floor to prevent scratching, removed old and installed a new furnace. They also connected Google thermostat I bought. Craig followed up several days asking how everything is performing. Couple days later the crew was back for air conditioner installation because they had to wait until the snow melts. They removed old AC, levelled the base with gravel, put an anti-vibration pad and installed the new one on top. Both furnace and AC soldering, electrical connections and metal work on plenum looks very clean. Also Craig called after saying that in the summer he would send a technician to check the pressure in AC piping. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience. Working with Craig's team gives confidence the job is well done.

Craig's team installed our new furnace and hot water tank last week and I have to say, it was some of the most professional work I've ever experienced. So I initially signed up with these guys for a group buy event for AC install. They were quick, response and crazy professional. Then two years later my furnace started to leak water. I called up Craig and he sent a guy over to check it out in two hours. I was super happy with Arman as he was professional and identified the issue while not forcing any crazy parts replacements or repairs. I'm super happy with these guys and will recommend them to everyone that will listen. Keep up the good work.
