    Freezer service

    Yesterday morning I discovered my top mount freezer was defrosted. I called in to 3 services on Homestars and left messages. Another called me back and gave an afternoon time frame, but a very high service call fee + and quite a bit more when I described the problem and what he felt the fix was. Rick called me back within 15 minutes, and gave me a great quote just for the service call. He showed up at my house that afternoon and gave me prices on the two possible issues, the relay and the compressor. He was honest and said the compressor would be very expensive and if it was that I should just buy another fridge and pay only for the service call. Turned out it was the relay. RIck was again very honest that it could help my fridge last another few years, or it may be only a few weeks. My mother was also very pleased with him, as she was the one at my home when he arrived. I spoke on the phone to him from my work and he explained everything patiently and clearly. An hour later, he was done, as it was the relay. Overall, extremely pleased with his service, and more than reasonable price, I paid almost half of other quiotes I got over the phone. They say you get what you pay for, but I am so pleased with RIck's work and his prices. I will be sure to call Rick again for any servicing my appliances need. If I could give him more than a 10 I would!!

    Fridge Repair

    Rick from AC Appliance Repair came to repair our fridge after it had stopped working. He asked for details about the problem over the phone, and brought the necessary replacement part with him. The fridge was back in service in a couple of hours. He even patiently waited while we cleaned & vacuumed those areas behind the fridge that we don't get to clean that often.

    Maint of Washing Machine

    Excellent prompt, knowledgable service with very accommodating rates. Highly recommend AC! Their punctuality was precise, their diagnosis of the problem was on the ball and repair was even quicker. Again thank you and Im sure I will see you again.

    repaired dishwasher/washing machine

    Rick was friendly and professional...he has repaired both my washing machine and dishwasher on seperate occassions and both are working great and his rates are very reasonable. I will give your name to all my friends!! Thanks again.

    assessment of washer

    Rick returned my call the same day and a discription of the problem given. He provided me with the possible cause of the problem may be as well as the cost of service and the possible repair cost. (He gave me the opportunity to vent my frustrations over my broken washer and my clothes piling up.) He also scheduled the service appt at my convience, called before he came and was very honest about the cost of the repair. I was very satisified with his assessment and honesty. This is the second time we have had Rick at our home and his respect and communication for the costomer is professional. I highly recommend his service and know for a fact that we will be calling on him for his service again. Thank- you Rick!!!!

    Dryer

    Install New Dishwasher

    Great service and customer service at a very reasonable price. He arrived when he said he would and completed the work timely. I would strongly recommend his services for all appliance repair and installation.

    Frigde Repair

    A friend recommended Rick when my fridge broken down. I called him and his service was quick at a reasonable cost. The fridge had broblem again after about 3months and i called him. He came and discovered that the component he replaced had same problem and he replaced it at no cost to me. Not even labor or travel cost. Rick is a true professional and I strongly recommend him if you require excellent service.

    Kitchenaid Freezer

    Rick did a great job repairing my Kitchenaid bottom mount freezer. He was referred by another homestars company that were too busy. I described the problem on the phone and gave him the model #. Rick came the next day, on time and came with the correct part to fix the problem! It was a big job, done well at a reasonable price. A few days later my Kenmore washing machine stopped working. So I called Rick, and again he came quickly and fixed the problem at a reasonable price. Thank you Rick! He's very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would recommend him.

    DISHWASHER REPAIR

    Very satisfied with Rick's respond and service he provided. It was an expensive repair but Rick was quoting me a good price. I would recommend him to my friends . THANKS FOR QUICK SERVICE.

    i believe $40 service call for brampton is pretty resonable plus spending 45 minutes checking the dishwasher found no problem . didn't charge extra. i think its more then a bargain .and i dont think i deserve 4 out of 10 .i been in bussiness for last 23 years .i tell the truth about appliances and give honest opinions .thanks for your bussiness .
