Our fridge started some clicking sound when we woke up in the morning. We called Rick and he asked me to describe the problem on the phone. Then he recommended me to turn off the fridge and turn it on after 20 minutes. He said if that fixes the problem, it might just be the power outage issue during the night. I tried and it did not work. Rick came later that day to look into the issue and fixed the problem immediately. Rick is very knowledgeable about different appliances and gave me some tips. I am happy to know about Rick and I would recommend Ac Appliance Repair to my friends.

This day in age, it's difficult to find honest, reliable and knowledgeable people in the service industry. Rick is one of those people. His customer service is impeccable and he knows his appliances. After consulting a few other companies, Rick was able to not only fix the problem immediately but also at a fraction of the price of his competitors.

Very satisfied with Rick's rapid response and all around customer service. It was an expensive repair but from my research, I was confident that Rick was quoting me a good price. I would recommend him to my friends no problem.

Rick is a great handyman who responded promptly any time we contacted him. We were so happy with the quality of his work (fridge and stove worked flawlessly ever since Rick fixed them) that we had no qualms about recommending him to our friends and family. This kind of excellence in service is hard to find these days and we have no problem with recommending Rick to anyone who needs an honest and experienced handyman.

Our fridge decided to die on a Saturday night of the long weekend. I called around to a bunch of repair places and Rick was the only one to call back. He mentioned that he could come by the next day (on Sunday), but based on my description of the issue, he said it was most likely the compressor. Since he would have to wait until the Tuesday to pick up the part, he said that it probably wasn't worth it for him to come out to take a look at it (which would have cost me his service fee), so we just decided to wait it out until Tuesday. Rick came by on the Tuesday, switched out the existing relay to make sure that wasn't the issue (it wasn't), and then ended up replacing the compressor. Great communication, called and showed up when he said he would. Clean, courteous, an overall great guy. Price was about what I expected. I'll definitely give Rick a call for my other appliance issues.

Called Rick from Home Stars; He came to fix my stove withing 24 hours, he was courteous, he was knowledgeable about what he was doing. I appreciated his honest approach and exceptional customer service. I am fully satisfied with the service he provided. My stove is fully functional.

I called Rick he came and and fix my fridge within couple hours and hes service was good i recomend other people. And he fixed it very well and now its working good.

I was having an emergency situation with my fridge and everything was melting in the freezer. I called Rick and with the questions he asked me Rick figured the the evaporator fan motor wasnt working. I gave him the model and he picked up the part and installed the part very fast within the day and saved me all my food . Very great job I would highly reccomend Rick Thanks from John Kafes.

I have never used AC Repairs before but would highly recommend them. Rick was prompt at returning my call, came the next day and in a couple of hours the dryer was fixed at a very reasonable price. Great customer service..Will definitely call him again.
