    Professional Approach , excellent results

    Mark arrived on time . He worked hard and competently removing all the dirt from the carpets and leaving them looking renewed and clean . He removed all the water from the carpets so that they dried quickly . Before he packed up his equipment he asked me if I was happy and satisfied with the results . I will definitely use him again and I highly recommend him to anyone needing cleaning services . He was also very kind to our dog who took alot of interest in his work .

    Carpet cleaning after a renovation

    After a rather dusty renovation I needed about 25 stairs cleaned along with a few area rugs. Mark was very pleasant and told me everything I needed to know about the product that he uses. The carpets look great and I highly recommend them!

    All Star Chem-Dry, Five Star Service and Results

    Mark of All Star Chem-Dry came over yesterday and worked a real miracle with a badly stained rug that I thought was beyond repair. He also removed stains on upholstery I also thought were beyond help. His professionalism and skill are wonderful and he's a pleasure to have in your home. At the same time Mark also cleaned my hall and stair carpeting all within the minimum charge. Everything has a new lease on life. Many thanks to Mark and All Star Chem-Dry! Sandra Sandra

    Upholstery and Area Rug Cleaning

    After trying "do-it-yourself" steam cleaning with mediocre results, Mark with All Star Chem-Dry showed me what a real professional can do. Sofa, side chair, dining chairs, bench and area rug were all done in about 2 hours and now look like new! All dealings with this company (from initial contact, to quote, to booking) were prompt and professional. Highly recommended.

    Great customer service

    I booked carpet cleaning for end of March for our townhouse second floor 600 sq ft, the first impression is super positive and looking forward to a successful delivery and stress free experience. Will update the interview accordingly when job is completed.

    Area Rug, stairs, couch cushions Cleaning

    Mark was great. No games. Just a price over the phone and a job well done. Very professional. Quick. Tidy and very polite.

    Fast and Efficient

    Mark did a great job on the runner on my stairs. I was shocked how he got dirt and stains out quickly and efficiently. The carpet looks brand new. Looking forward to Mark returning in the New Year to clean my basement carpets.

    Carpet cleaning

    I'm very happy with the service Mark provided. He's very detailed and put a lot of effort into cleaning the carpet that had pet stains and old nail polish stains. The reason I selected chem dry is the natural products they use.

    Carpet and upholstery cleaning

    Mark worked hard to clean our carpet and chair. They both look like new! My initial inquiry was answered promptly and the appointment for the cleaning was easy to arrange. I will use this company again without reservation.
