    Hallway and Master Bedroom repainted

    Hired CertaPro Painters for repainting our stairwell and master bedroom and was very pleased with the work performed. Stephen did an excellent job with the painting and I would definitely hire the CertaPro team again for future jobs.

    Interior home painting

    I dealt with this company last year for the staining of my deck. My wife and I were so satisfied with the service we decided to hire them again to paint the interior of our home which included basement 1st floor and second floor (minus the bedrooms). Both times we dealt with Etienne Dupuis who the representative responsible to provide us with an estimate. I've had the pleasure to know Etienne since elementary school and the service he provides is with such professionalism he gives you that vibe which in a way forces you to deal with Certapro Painters. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and an overall nice person. Etienne promised us he would send us his best painters and he came through with his promise. The painters that painted our home were Mathieu and Brad. Their work was impeccable. My wife was mostly the one who dealt with them as I was at work and based on her praises about them they were truly perfect. They were punctual, and even went above and beyond to help with moving furniture, removing window coverings and other things we didnt have time to move for them to paint. We are extremely satisfied with the painting job these two men have done and its refreshing to know Certapro really strives on efficiency just as much as they do quality. My wife was most impressed on how they always made sure to clean after themselves which is a huge positive. We definitely recommend Certapro to whoever is looking for a reliable painting company. I haven't dealt with any other painting company and wont have to after dealing with these guys. You guys are the truly the best. Certapro synonymous to "Certainly Professional"

    Professional and honest

    We had to get our row house painted and had to move on the next day. Certa-pro painted the whole house and finished on the day they had promised. The painters where very courteous and helpful, they even helped me in changing bulb in one of the fitting near stairs where doing myself was almost impossible due to height. The overall process was smooth and as planned. We had quite a few accent walls and all painting were done nicely. We are glad that we chose CertaPro.

    Bedroom

    Excellent, timely service, very good repair of one wall, neat and tidy. The estimator came on time as did the painter. They respected our schedule completely. I would certainly use this company again.

    Main Living Areas

    Hired CertaPro based on their many good reviews on HomeStars and other reputable sites. Did not disappoint. Mike & Conner were professional, punctual and polite. They were happy to accommodate our busy schedule. Overall we were very satisfied with their work. We had a few areas to touch up and they readily came back to make sure all was good.

    Great work

    Hired CertaPro to repaint out house prior to moving in - they did an excellent job, were very courteous throughout, were accurate in their quote, and even went above and beyond in a few spots without us asking. Would definitely recommend Etienne and his crew.

    Painting - Walls

    The job entailed painting all the walls in the main room of my condominium unit, including three accent walls, as well as one wall in the bedroom. The company, and then Etienne contacted me in a timely manner following my submission of an estimate request on the CertaPro website. Because I had a tight timeline, Etienne contacted me and asked if I could move up the estimate in order to have everything processed and done in time. He is a nice person to talk to, both regarding the job and otherwise. Although I had to prod a little to get things going following the estimate to get a date set (I like to think my prodding kept a good balance of my needs versus his likely busy schedule), Mathieu did a great job at getting the walls painted, as well as patching a few holes leftover from previous items mounted to one of the walls. Following, Mathieu walked me through the completed job, and it looked amazing. He definitely honoured the "we recognise we are guests in your home" part of the contract, as the place was left clean, and things that were moved during the job were replaced after. Overall great experience, would recommend!

    Staircase Paint Finish-Up

    No problems with administration, and the paint job is just fine. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needed a small residential paint job. The worker was professional and finished quickly and cleanly.

    Exterior painting

    David Barron explained his estimate very clearly. Solid stain and paint for all exterior wood on a 2 storey house, including some complex lattice, plus a deck and a fence. The two painters came on time, were courteous and professional, and did a very thorough job, including outstanding prep work on the deck surface. They cleaned up every night, and at the end went over the whole job with us to be sure we were satisfied. David also checked results. All in all a very positive experience, and the price was competitive.

    Why did I wait?

    It was so much easier than I expected. Sales and office staff were patient and accommodating. K and his team were efficient, and very quiet and tidy. I am very happy with the four rooms and two staircases in my aging house. They provided lots of information and allowed me to make decisions, e.g., use my preferred paint (Benjamin Moore). I have confidence in their warranty. A very client-friendly company.
