    Deck and fence staining

    John and Jason did a great job. They were very pleasant to deal and professional in their approach. The job was completed within the the timeframe agreed upon despite weather challenges.

    painting interior of house

    A friend used this company to paint her condo and I saw the job that was done. Based on her recommendation I hired them to paint the interior of my home. Arthur did a great job - he arrived as scheduled, worked steadily all day and cleaned up each day before leaving. Would have them back for further work when needed.

    Deck and Fence Staining

    In April 2015, we contracted CertaPro to stain our fence and deck. There was some miscommunication in the beginning, but after contacting David, the project got back on track. In the end, they finished on time and delivered a product to be proud of. Our fence looks great, but more importantly, our deck looks like one of the decks that you see featured in a Home Decorating magazine. It was done in two contrasting colours (white and brown), and it looks amazing! We cannot wait to show it off to our family and friends! The end result greatly exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend this company to anyone in the future. Many thanks to Patrick and Brad for a job well done, and to David and Tyler!

    House Painting - Interior

    CertaPro Painters were exceptional when working at our house. We were able to work with their Residential team and had a great appointment with Tyler, the colour consultant Jennifer who came out to help us with our terrible insticts with colour, and the Painters. We were able to coordinate with them to have the house painted while we were away for the week. Tyler and David sent the painter out to meet us before we left which put us at ease and gave us a great deal of comfort. The house was beautiful when we got back and it was like they weren't event there (except for the beautiful, fresh paint). IT was very easy.

    painting of 1 wall

    Had certa come to prep and paint a single wall. After first attempt paint bubbled and was worse then when they began. They did come back and applied an epoxy based primer prior to re-doing the job which resulted in no bubbles. After they were done one of their reps called me asking us to paint them additional money for the extra time, to make matters worse the job was never completed!! there is still big runs in the paint that was never repaired and they never did the border around the wall again so you can see that there was an insufficient amount of paint applied. The painter they sent was very sloppy leaving paint marks under the stairs and around fixtures and even got some on the ceiling while doing the attempt. I did bring it to his attention and he fixed it but he insisted it was not his doing and was very unprofessional on how he handled it. Bottom line is the wall has to be repainted again!!! and after we spent $600 that really leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Told the manager and the rep that I would never have certa back in my house again. I should have never paid them until they got the job done right in the first place.....

    Stipple Removal Project

    I recently purchased an older home that had horrible popcorn ceilings. The previous owners had continued to make haphazard repairs by adding more and more stippling and even finishing nails. It was a mess to say the least. I reviewed several firms in the Ottawa area and ultimately hired CertaPro Painters. I would highly recommend this company. They were professional, on time and on budget and followed up each evening with an email. They had to patch several areas and upon completion you cannot even see the areas that were repaired. The house was left neat and tidy each night. They have machinery that vacuums and scrapes the ceilings so the dust was kept to a minimum. They also provide painting services.

    Painting two rooms

    Our children has moved out and we decided to redo their rooms. We had three bids and CertaPro was in the middle, price-wise. We chose CertaPro because they were available on relatively short notice, provided the service of a colour consultant, which was very helpful, and because they were very pleasant. We were not disappointed and are totally satisfied with the work they did.

    Colour Consultations

    As an Interior Designer and Colour consultant, I have worked with many independent painters and paint companies in the Ottawa area. The Certapro team always impresses me with their professionalism and hard work. As I assist in colour selection with many of their clients I often get direct feedback, that may not necessarily make it to the company. Clientele have been truly thrilled with the results and the entire process of what can be rather int-eruptive or disruptive to a busy household. I've also been thoroughly impressed with their attitude in incorporating any changes to project once underway.     Interior House Painting

    Hi, Very happy with our painting job by Certa Pro painters. From the initial meeting with Etienne for the job estimate to the completion of the work it was a pleasure.
