    New Railing

    Ideal Stairs was fantastic to deal with. Mesh was very helpful, friendly and responsive. The installation crew did a fantastic job on our new railing (replacing a glass railing) and were so, so tidy! I would highly recommend Ideal Stairs to anyone! Thank you!!

    Interior Railing Replacement

    We moved into an older home with a VERY low 2nd floor railing. Mesh and his team received our inquiry for a replacement at a modern height and walked us through the process. They were very accommodating and did an excellent job. The new railing looks great, is very secure and is much safer than before! Highly recommended.

    Stairs Renovation

    Ideals Stairs did a wonderful job with my stairs. They were very helpful from start to finish, having helped with the design process and made on-site visits to make sure the project was going well. I also appreciated that they kept the work area tidy, cleaned up at the end of the day and were friendly. There was one issue though that I wish was handled better, which was communication during a day in which the workers arrived hours later than what I was told. I called to ask where they were and was simply told that they were on their way. They apologized and told me they would keep me updated in the future. I appreciate that they were responsive to questions/concerns I had. Overall I am very happy with the results of my project and would recommend Ideal Stairs.

    Great job! Stairs and floors!

    We had our stairs completely transformed from carpet to hardwood, including new treads, spindles, and railings. Alongside this transformation we had the carpet replaced on our second floor. The Ideal Stairs team did a great job. Workmanship was great, but also the entire installation process was wonderful. The crews were always on time and cleaned up after every day of work. I would highly recommend these folks for any similar project!

    floors replacement, new railing, levelling & extending treads on staircase staircase

    They removed the original hardwood floors on the second level. Levelled stairs, extended treads and replaced railing to meet code. We have been very pleased to work with Raj & Mesh & their crew. They have been professional, on time everyday, delivered the level of quality of work we expected. They were responsive to any questions or queries we had. A great company to work with, would definitely recommend them and would use them again. Gabriella & John

    New staircase

    The folks at Ideal Stairs were great to deal with. They were quick to respond to my request for a quote and were 100% accurate with their quote. There were no additional charges at the end. They did the job fast and had great customer service. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

    Upgrade Carpeted to Hardwood Stairs

    To preface, I am an engineer by background and am very handy. I am super particular and strive for perfection. This makes me a very hard-to-please guy. I did not just take Ideal Stairs based on their 10 star rating on Home Star and their impressive repertoire of pictures and video in their gallery. I engaged them after seeing the impressive quality of their work at a friends place, visiting their showroom with my wife and getting a detail explanation from Mesh on how they upgrade stairs differently from others. Though not the cheapest, I was convinced they would meet my expectations and do a fabulous job! This they certainly did and more! I am a very proud owner of a majestic looking staircase, the focal point in my house! Neighbours and friends who have visited immediately notice and are wowed by the rich look and the clean and sharp finish. This is what I have to say about Ideal Stairs team: As the owner / Project manager, Rajan progressively kept me informed of the work that would be done the following day. He takes great pride in his work and has a satisfaction- guaranteed approach! His crew are experts at what they do. Their work is organized, clean and meticulous, and they clean up daily after their work. I have curved stairs. I have learnt that this is a monumental work of fine carpentry! It has many facets requiring different expertise, is very labour intensive and a high precision job! If you want a masterpiece, engage Ideal Stairs!
