This is the second major job that Remodel Construction has done in my home. The company renovated my bathroom and 10 years later I still love it and it has not needed any additional work. This time, it was a kitchen refresh. My kitchen cupboard doors, drawer facings, counters and sink were all replaced. I love my kitchen! There are many reasons to hire this company. First, they listen. I had other quotes and each company tried to convince me to do a complete reno. despite my repeating that I love certain aspects of my kitchen that a buyer might prefer to change. My smaller job is as important to this company as a bigger job and as the customer, Chris gives me great advice but respects my input. The job was started and completed on time and within budget. The staff are professional yet friendly. They work hard. Even when there are small changes or fixes that need to be made in the work, everything got done to my satisfaction. I know the rule of thumb with contractors is always get three quotes. However, having worked twice now with this company, Im not sure Ill do that. Instead, Ill probably go straight to Remodel Construction.

I am so grateful I hired Remodel Construction after a referral from a mutual friend. From my initial meeting with Chris and throughout the entire project, Chris and his Remodel team were such a pleasure to work with. They were extremely dependable, trustworthy, and highly skilled. My kitchen was over 30 years old and in need of a serious update including new flooring, cabinetry, countertop, backsplash, lighting, plumbing, drywall and paint. Upon removing the old flooring, they discovered a rotted section of subfloor caused to water damage. They immediately alerted me to it and replaced that portion of the subfloor before laying the new flooring. I appreciated that they kept me informed every step of the way. I cant say enough great things about Chris and the entire Remodel team. Everything was done on time, as promised and with the highest standards. I am so impressed by their work ethic. The crew is so skilled, professional, and friendly. Chris was always accessible and responsive, and he made the entire process stress-free, which I truly appreciate. He offered great advice assisting me with decisions where I wasnt very knowledgeable. I felt secure knowing Remodel would do a great job and they exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love my new kitchen - its stunning!. A big thank you to Chris and the entire Remodel Construction team!

We hired Remodel Construction to remodel our en suite and powder room, as well as replace the laundry sink and cabinet. Chris was very responsive and helpful in finalizing the project details. The project was started and completed on time. His team are all efficient, polite, professional, and ensure the work area is clean at the end of each day. Chris also helped to resolve some unforeseen issues that came up during the remodel. We were happy that these issues were quickly dealt with, and did not impact the completion date. We love our new en suite, powder room and laundry area, and would use this company again. Thank you Chris and the Remodel team!

We are extremely happy with the work that Chris and his great team at Remodel Construction did at our home. This was a very big job, expanding and totally renovating our kitchen. This included taken out a load bearing wall and putting up a supporting beam. We also expanded and renovated our main bathroom. This required us to move out of our home for 3 months. Moving out and entrusting our home to others was daunting. Chris and his team were wonderful, they were very respectful and protective of our home. The team was onsite everyday! Chris was here to support his team and give us regular updates. All permits and inspections were secured and dealt with by Chris. Chris was excellent at helping guide us through this big project. He was always accessible to us. The results of the renovations are outstanding. We are extremely happy and proud of our kitchen and bathroom. This team take great pride in their work. Their attention to detail is amazing. I came to the house 2 -3 times a week when the team was working and everyone was respectful and happy to answer our questions and address any concerns. They went above and beyond to ensure things were done correctly and safely. The project was completed on time and exceeded our expectations.

Chris and his crew were absolutely great! Chris is an excellent communicator and kept us informed every step of the way. Chris provided suggestions and the work provided was meticulous. I would definitely recommend Remodel Construction Company 100% and would use them for future projects.

The person we dealt with throughout the renovation was Chirs and he was very professional in all aspects of this project. He provided suggestions throughout the process, answered all of our concerns and even joined us at the supplier's showroom for item selection. Each timeline was met and all work was completed in a logical progression. Cleanliness was a major concern for us and his crew ensured all areas impacted were protected and, upon completion, the finished bathroom was spotless. We are completely satisfied and would rehire for future projects.

Remodel seemed to make this project a priority for us, especially when we discovered water damage and more significant time needed to finish the project

We hired Chris and his team from Remodel Construction to work on the renovation of our kitchen. There was plenty to do as our house is a hundred years old and the kitchen had not been renovated for thirty years. New wiring, modern lighting, remove the pantry cupboard, replace terra cotta floor tiles, swap the sink and the stove locations, resize and replace the windows, backsplash, move and replace the radiator, and more. The team from ReModel were all highly skilled and did a great job in accommodating and making changes that were required or requested by me as the project progressed. Communication was excellent every step of the way. We love the look and functionality of our new kitchen.

We hired Remodel Construction to do work at our house. I had a few things to be done for vent work at home, and wanted to find a contractor who would help with all the work and bringing of tradesmen. Chris had responded to my request on a timely manner when I first was looking for a contractor and throughout the process. I wanted to hire someone who was timely, professional, responsive and transparent about the process. Chris and his team were all of this and they were also friendly and nice. They completed the work well and on time. When the plan had to change, we were told and were advised of the recommendation. And they cleaned up well after. It was a pleasure to hire Chris and his team and I would hire and recommend him again. Thanks so much Chris!

This direct word of mouth gave us the confidence to use them. I want to stress that these reviews on Homestars are genuine. We had a wonderful experience working with Chris and his team! They are very knowledgeable, well organized, clean, polite and prompt. Chris was willing to come out a few times to solidify the terms of the project. Even though the start date was months out he kept checking in confirming he had not forgotten us, seeing if we had questions and making sure we were making progress picking fixtures. Once started, the stages of the project moved along seamlessly with each specialist ready to go for their part. They seem sincere when they make recommendations because they also tell you straight up when they dont think you need to do something. This was a great group of guys who went out of their way to be thoughtful. I enjoyed hearing them occasionally sing as they worked. It is worth mentioning that the billing structure was easy to follow and fair. We are very happy with the final product and will happily use them again and recommend them to others.
