    Hamilton - Toronto

    Customer service at Smart Movers Hamilton was at good level . Movers come on time, were polite and worked professionally. My move was stressed free and with no hidden fees and no surprises. Completely satisfied by level of moving service.

    Moving

    Movers from Smart Movers come on time .They did not waste time and worked very efficient. In the end of the day my furniture and belongs come to my new home at original condition. Thank you for very professional moving service.

    White Gloves Service

    Thanks again for your perfect service. Movers worked fast and hard. All my furniture were covered by blankets and wrapped by plastic film. They packed my kitchen and living room in boxes. At next day. After the move was done, movers come at my home and unpacked all my furniture and boxes, assembled my beds. Movers were extremely polite and professionally. It was a really white gloves moving service. Thank you Smart Movers

    Worst experience ever

    On my moving day the Russian speaking guys arrived late. Damaged the walls on stairs and furnitures. Once arrived in Wasaga Beach storage they will not off load the truck unless I drove to a bank in Collingwood and got cash for them. When I returned I got charged an extra hour, so I had to return to Collingwood for more cash.

Among our jobs, we do not have any coincidences for the move to Wasaga Beach and no matches for this type of explanation / situation, customer name Natta. We haven't even fulfilled any jobs to Wasaga Beach. Since you didn't indicate any basic information regarding the move such as your real name and the time when the issues you describe have occurred, we are forced to disregard this complaint and consider it as FAKE.

    MONTREAL - OSHAWA - OSHAWA

    Smart Movers moved my home from Montreal to storage in Oshawa . Move was done in one day. Fast and efficient with no extras or any hidden fees. And after couple weeks same company, just a local brunch in Oshawa., moved my belongings from storage to new home in Oshawa. Movers are amazing, Arnold are the best. Thanks Smart Movers for highly professional moving service.

    Piano & Pool table move

    I asked Smart Movers Canada to move a slate pool table and huge upright piano to my house from another person giving these items away. What exceeded my expectation was the customer service and responsiveness from Vicky in organizing this. What drew me to the company was the no-additional fee for disassembly, reassembly, re-leveling of the pool table in which two other companies quoted additional fees for. In addition, the hourly rates are extremely competitive. I was a little bit confused & concerned when I was quoted for 3 movers but arrived to find 5 but Vasily was very professional and upfront and explained to me the rationale for this (extremely heavy piano). Unfortunately the piano did not even fit getting it OUT of the guy's house but the movers put every effort into investigating every possible route. Overall I'm very satisfied and will definitely call again in the future.

    House Moving

    We had perfect experience with Smart Movers. From the first call till the end of our move we were very happy. Sales rep was very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer all our questions. Movers showed up on time, were professional and very careful. The move went really smooth, and all our stuff arrived in perfect condition. We appreciate the company professionalism, and will call them again for our future movers. Definitely recommend!

    good experience

    Having Smart Movers Services in our move was impressive and were so grateful for our experience. The team of three arrived on time and got to work right away. They were professional, efficient and friendly. Packing was done up to our satisfaction. Everything was organized and went really smooth. Vicky from customer service was very nice and polite. The booking process was easy and fast. I couldn't have asked for a better and smoother service. I would definitely recommend Smart Movers to everyone who is considering a moving company.

    Reliable Movers

    Our experience with smart movers was very good. Alex and his crew arrived on time and proved their efficiency and professionalism. Guys were respectful to our belongings. They securely packed and load all our furniture and boxes, they also unloaded and placed the items in our new residence where we wanted. It was a very successful relocation as none of our valuables suffered any damages. Their prices were reasonable and there were no surprises at all. I highly recommend smart movers because our family was impressed with their high quality service, reliability and positive attitude.

    Movers in Aurora

    I loved Smart Movers , because they did very nice service. I completely satisfied by their job. My furniture were moved with out any damages and issues. Thanks for best moving service
