    Replacement of two Kitchen Faucets on two sinks

    A rush of water came from under my sink, and as a result, I called Preferred Plumbing Solutions to come and do the repair. I called that evening, and received a call back within 10 minutes. An appointment was made for the next morning. The plumber assessed the situation, and determined that a new kitchen faucet and two shut off valves were required. Having assessed the second sink, the decision was made to go ahead with the same repair, to avoid any future issue that could well be imminent. (It should be noted that it was initially recommended to only replace the shut off valves for this sink, but after some discussion, I decided to go ahead with replacing the kitchen faucet as well.) The plumber did an excellent job on the repair. He was organized and neat and we are very happy with the work.

    Laundry Room Assessment

    Raphie was amazing. He came over and inspected a situation in our laundry room that did not have an easy and obvious solution. Raphie was courteous, knowledgeable and on time. I highly recommend Preferred Plumbing for everyone's plumbing needs.

    Kitchen sink not draining, dish washer not working

    Daniel from Preferred Plumbing was efficient and professional. He snaked the drain, changed some defective parts and sink is draining perfectly again. Daniel diagnosed that the dishwasher was not repairable (it is 17 years old). My only criticism is that the cost of diagnosing dishwasher seems high - $289 to determine it can not be fixed. All in all work was good and I will use Preferred Plumbing if I have plumbing problems in the future.

    Stared with fixing a leaky washing machine valve and unclogging a toilet

    The plumber who was sent was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He came right away. He quickly fixed the leaky valves. But, identified that quality of most of the valves was poor. He identified that the clog in the toilet was caused by building materials being dumped into the toilet where they solidified 25 feet down. They were able to run an industrial strength snake to clear it. After the clog was repaired, they offered to review all of the fixtures in the house to assess near term problems. Because the toilet was an undesirable style, we asked them to replace it as well. They did all of this work on a Friday afternoon. The work and the staff was very much appreciated. I completely and totally recommend this plumbing team!

    Shop sink dripping

    The plumber identified the problem and fixed the drip! Great job we really appreciate the hard work and quick service!

    Basement shower

    Our basement shower had not had hot water for years. PPS was quick to respond and send Daniel out. Within minutes he identified problem and quickly fixed it.

    Plumbing, clogged shower drain

    Technician was friendly, informative and efficient in solving the problem. He clearly explained all options and gave his opinion on the issue. It was also appreciated that he left no mess.

    leaking bathtub overflow drain and taps

    PP were extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They found and fixed the problem which the previous plumber had misdiagnosed. On the other hand, they use a flat pricing plan which wound up being quite expensive for the work in question ($2000 after tax to hire two guys for 8 hours).

    Fix a part to a fixture

    Preferred Plumbing is fantastic! They came on time, were extremely thorough, followed up with a report and photos for me to send to my manufacturer. I am very pleased with their service, would recommend them and use them again!
