    I will not put a price. Theyir work is amazing. Very clean, knew what they were doing. I would use them again.

    outdoor tap installation

    Preferred Plumbing came to reroute an outdoor tap for me, and did some diagnostics on an indoor leak as well. They were a pleasure to deal with-polite, knowledgeable, extremely helpful. Thank you!

    Toilet tank repair

    I am very upset. They put after market part instead of original and the price was very high.

    Be Aware of Sales Pressure

    I want to share the frustrating experience we had today with this company that has many 5 star reviews. I contacted Preferred Plumbing Solutions yesterday for a simple drain connection under the sink in our powder room after we replaced our vanity. The receptionist was very pleasant and gave us an appointment for today and told me there is a $79 charge for visit that goes towards the work. The technicians came on time and were polite, but I had a red flag when I saw two technicians for a very small job. The problem was that they were more of sales people not plumbers. Within 15 minutes they found about 6 other things that they recommended including water conditioners. It took them another 15 minutes to come up with 5 different scenarios that ranged from $6300 to $1599. Remember, I just needed a sink drain built and connected! When I asked them how much for just the job I asked you to come in for they said, we don't recommend just that to be done, but if you want just that it is $500+. I thanked them and paid the $89 ($79 plus tax) for their visit and said no. I am just sharing that if you are on a budget like me this is not the company for you and there are a lot of master plumbers who you don't have tp pay their huge overhead and will do a great job. I guess I learned my lesson the hard way.

    Leak in basement (toilet replaced) and clogged bathroom sink

    Very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Daniel and Dominic gave us many reports throughout the day to say what had to be done and what still needed to be done.

    Organized, prompt, courteous and a terrific job on the faucet installation

    As the title says a terrific job by the staff of this company but spent much time on an upsell for other services before they did the actual job. Kind of frustrating but the end result was quite good.

    Bathroom

    We needed a repair to an en suite shower and toilet. Our needs were explained to us very clearly and Raphie took the time to help us understand our problem and help us make an informed decision about the best solution. The work was completed in a timely manner and all is in beautiful working order!

    The Best Plumbing Experience Ever

    The wonderful experience started with the initial phone call where I was asked to explain our plumbing issues. I spoke to Raphie, who was extremely thorough and detailed in getting the information. There was also a level of empathy I have never encountered before from a trade company. An appointment was offered to come almost immediately (the following day). On the day of the appointment, the plumbing team was running late and actually called to apologize and promised to be there by a certain time. They were very conscious of working around a meeting I had! Throughout the day, they explained everything they uncovered very thoroughly, showing me detailed photos, and they even proactively found some plumbing issues in our basement that they brought to my attention to avoid eventual burst pipes or other issues. They showed integrity, expertise and were also very kind and empathetic!!! I would use them again in a heartbeat. It was probably the best experience I have ever had with any type of trade.

    What a positive experience it was to work with Preferred Plumbing solutions! From the moment I called the office, I knew I was working with a team of professionals.     Kitchen Plumbing Issue

    No one can touch Preferred Plumbing Solutions for their service, know-how, attention to detail, cleanliness onsite especially now during COVID, and general all around thoughtfulness. From Sandra in the office who always goes the extra mile to the great techs - Raphie, Daniel, Dominic and Mario ( these are the ones I know - there may be more and I’m sure there’ll all great!).
