    Inspection

    Geoff was a professional through and through. We found him to be thorough, detailed and courteous throughout the duration of the inspection. Provided constant feedback during inspection and advised on items to keep an eye on in case of future deficiencies. Detailed report followed the next day as promised. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home inspection.

    Home Inspection

    Geoff was very friendly and knowledgeable. During the inspection he took the time to explain everything to us and was very thorough. 10/10 will definitely use him again.

    Home Inspection

    We have used Geoff for two home inspections and both times he did a very thorough inspection and the information and advice he provided was excellent The second home inspection was for our son who was purchasing his first home. Geoff took the time to go through the home extensively and at the same time teach my son how to be a smart home owner. Geoff is very knowledgeable and very professional.

    Home inspection service

    Home Inspection Services

    Geoff was thorough, a great communicator and had the skills to make sure the inspection was done properly. I even learned a couple things about roofs as he took the time to explain. :-) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend REI to anyone looking for an inspector!

    The house was thoroughly inspected

    The work done by my home inspector was very thorough and exceptional. By far he was the best home inspector I've had and I will recommend his services to anyone including family and friends.

    Inspection

    Great job. Seemed thorough. Second time using Jeff. He is super friendly. Explained everything slowly so we could understand.
