    Condo Inspection

    Geoff gave us sound advice during our home inspection. He accommodated our last minute booking. As first time home buyers we would definitely recommend his services. He was friendly and professional at the same time. He made sure that we understood the risks of the place and gave us a detailed written report of the inspection.

    Home inspection

    Geoff provided us with a home inspection. He was very detailed and spent alot of time with us explaining the steps he was taking and tests he was running. Very professional and efficient. He made sure all our concerns were addressed. I would highly recommend his services.

    Home Inspection

    Geoff was very thorough with his inspection and report. His report was over 60 pages long but easily understood. As a first time home buyer, he gave me a lot of information on caring for my new home. He offered to follow up with me should I have any questions down the road. Geoff made my home buying experience much less daunting!

    Home Inspection

    Residential Home Inspection

    Geoff inspected the home thoroughly and took the time to explain what he was looking for and what his findings were. He stopped several times to ask if I had an questions about the house or inspection. He was clear about the issues he found, but not alarmist about them. His report was 60 odd pages long, very detailed, and very informative with regards to how his findings compared to established code and construction norms. I would definitely use REI and Geoff again and would recommend him to friends.

    Home inspection

    Geoff from REI home inspections was great. Very thorough and patient. Took his time and walked me through everything he was looking at and found. Couldn't have asked for a better inspection moving to a new city.

    Thorough and helpful

    We have used Geoff twice for home inspections and found him to be very thorough. Not only does Geoff educate you along the way, he provides helpful suggestions with improving the house even if they are not required by code.

    Home Inspection

    Would highly recommend Geoff to anybody looking for a home inspector. He was very professional, friendly, and really took his time inspecting every corner of the home. What stood out the most was how Geoff took the time to should me how to maintain my home over time with step by step instructions. I had the report in record time with detailed information and even pictures. I would highly recommend Geoff and will definitely hire him again for future purchases.

    Catches what others miss

    Very professional. Came in and found issues another inspection company had missed. Easy to read and thorough report providing. He did not rush us, and spent more time than expected on the review to ensure proper reporting. We will be using his services again!

    Home Inspection

    I think it's safe to say Geoff is Edmonton's very own Holmes on Homes without all the hollywood flair! Very professional, very courteous, and very thorough. He answered a lot of questions, even the dumb obvious ones, and took the time to show us exactly what he saw. His report was very easy to read through without a lot of industry jargon, pictures were included of problem areas to remind us what he'd shown us. He gave several tips on how to repair minor things, and offered recommendations on professional services where he felt it was above your average DIY abilities. I would use Geoff again in a heart beat! I'm very glad we found him!
