I needed to book a home inspection with about 10 hours notice. I heard about Geoff from my realtor and he was highly suggested. First he was so prompt to answer and willing to help me out on such short notice. As I got the the location, he had already began his work. He was so thorough with every inch of the house, I didn't even think of some of the things he would check that could be of importance. He really knows his stuff and the inspection report was incredibly detailed that he made sure I know everything good and bad about the house plus he gave ideas and options on different vendors. I was so incredibly happy with Geoff and the response time was within hours after the inspection that I got the report. This is the man for your home inspections!

I contacted Geoff prior to visiting my new community to come up on 2 days notice with a heads up of about 5 days to drive an hour from Edmonton to complete the inspection. Geoff was very detailed and explained how things work, and what to expect over the years. He explained the house in detail that I was thinking about purchasing. Geoff took just over 3 hours for a detached house. Any Military/RCMP moving on a federal move on your HHT, I would highly suggest you use Geoff! Current RCMP Ex- Reg Force 16 years.

I called Geoff of REI and Co Home Inspections for a presale home inspection on a Thursday morning, he called back by the afternoon and had me scheduled in for the next day. Geoff was on time, personable and easy to talk to. He answered every question I had and was detailed in his explanations. I recieved the report within two days and it specified all the issues and contractors to fix them. I was very happy with his work and would definitely recommend REI.

Amazing and thorough, definitely worth the price. Very friendly, explained how each component worked and how to clean and when. Brought any issues to my attention and broke down the best course of action and consequences
