Absolute nightmare. I cry everytime I enter my kitchen. There are chips in all the cut spacer pieces because the angry installer used the wrong cutting blade . So many mistakes were made. The " new" kitchen looks like a reused kitchen. It is crooked and chipped. The framing around microwave fell off a few weeks after install. Rockwood takes all your money before insall so you have no recourse. They wanted to cover up the chips with some pieces if wood. I refused because it would look terrible. The spacers under the crown molding have all turned yellow against the white cabinets. Eventually they refunded a miniscule amount of money and replaced the glass cabinet doors after I cut myself on the exposed sharp edges but ii still have to live with this horrible kitchen.

Our experience with Rockwood kitchens was fantastic started off with rylee who was great then finished up with julia who took over after rylee left she never missed a beat picking up where rylee left off. Product and installation was amazing great team at Rockwood kitchens would highly recommend. Great work by ly his measuring of template was outstanding everything fit like a glove

Rockwood team are extremely professional, knowledgeable and supportive. Emily (designer) was a dream to work with and was able to articulate my vision. Chris (installer) was very personable and ensured that the installation exceeded my expectations. Tamara (photographer) was very friendly and made it very easy to complete the testimonial. I ordered a white shaker style kitchen in August 2022. Less than a year after the cabinets were installed I was already having problems. The dovetail joints have all been separating causing the drawers to stay open all the time. Stay away from Rockwood Kitchens if you want more than 3-5 years from your new kitchen.

I'd like to take the opportunity to thanks everyone over at Rockwood Kitchens! This was our first major renovation project and it went extremely smooth! The customer service provided was top notch as well as the cupboards and installation. We couldn't be happier and so glad we chose Rockwood Kitchens to help make our dream come true!!

The journey started with meeting Sara at the showroom in Cambridge. We were greeted with a smile from Sara, surrounded by several kitchen layouts, built in full for us to see. There were also lots of counter samples, cabinet colors and styles, and hardware options. Sara made the process very easy, and after a review of our kitchen layout, along with a discussion on what our ideas were, Sara was able to pull together a preliminary design for our review. Seeing our new kitchen in a 3D layout, really made the rest of the changes easy. Everyone that came out to the house from Rockwood was amazing (initial measurements, installers, counter installers, and photographer) and were very nice and professional. The install was clean and the two minor issues, wrong size door sent out on one cabinet and back order on a glass door, were handled quickly and professionally by Sara and the team. When all was said and done, we have a beautiful kitchen and had a very good experience with Rockwood. Special thank you to Sara for the original design and handling EVERYTHING from start to finish, Ryan for his incredible detailed work on the install and Tamara for the beautiful photos. Im in the process of building an in-law Suite, and the kitchen will be installed by Rockwood Kitchens. Thanks Rockwood and team!

We got several quotes but were impressed with the service we received from Sarah in the Cambridge showroom. She was great at answering our questions and helping with our kitchen design. The cupboards were delivered on time and the installers were very professional and did excellent work. We highly recommend Rockwood Kitchens to anyone looking for a new kitchen or remodel. Hi, my name is Glen and I recently did a main floor renovation with Rockwood designing, building and installing the kitchen. Im extremely happy with the quality and look of the cabinets, quartz countertops and the hardware. Working with Fatima(the designer)out of the Peterborough location and with help from Felicia and installer James not to mention all the people behind the scenes made for a great team. To top it off Tamara dropped by to take some photos and brought a beautiful gift basket. I would highly recommend Rockwood Kitchens to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen

I recently connected with RockWood Kitchens after seeing some online advertising. It was my first time connecting with Rockwood, and I was very pleased how professional they are and the great design team. It was an easy process from start to finish, and I love my new kitchen!

Installer used a jigsaw to cut out water lines huge hole that had to be fixed.Was told of a install date but installer didn't show up. TWO drawer faces had to be replaced because we're cracked. HAD to fix cupboard myself because wire for hood range was put inside leaving a exposed wire and am now waiting for 3 months and counting for replacement door face.Was also told crown moulding would be caulked but now they say it won't be done .Stay away from Rockwood kitchen Peterborough Felicia is uselessly
