This was one of the best experiences I've ever had with any repair service or installation for our house ! This is the first time I have worked with Air In Motion and the company & the owner were highly recommended by my next door neighbour who recently installed the same furnace model that we had installed, and the company, owner & installation definitely met & even exceeded my expectations. Before the installation, service was extremely efficient, very responsive & accommodating to our needs re: questions about the choice of furnace, the installation and the total cost (which was very reasonable & highly competitive). The installers were very experienced, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and were very tidy and clean in doing the installation and with the clean-up ..... the owner was on-site at the start of the installation and after the work was completed to ensure we were completely satisfied and to address any questions, and also available by phone if any questions during the installation. Whole installation, including removal of old furnace took only about 3 hours. Without any reservations at all, I would highly recommend Air In Motion to anyone looking for a HVAC installation ... and I would not hesitate to call them again for any other future HVAC needs ! ... Our hot water was not working . Worked with the support team to see if there was anything I could do from my end . When that did not work , we had a technician come over and they identified the problem and the Fix . Thankful to know they are there when you need them.

I am glad I contacted Air in Motion to have my fireplace serviced. What a gentleman Jamie is and he left my house leaving my 20 year old fireplace looking new new. Thank you Steve for sending Jamie over for this project .

He was very professional and knew what he was doing. He was very cognizant into the environment and respected those in the house. He was very friendly and did a great job. I contacted Air in Motion through their website regarding a gas line removal and received a very quick and pleasant response from Steve. It wasnt long after that Al arrived to decommission the line. I was very pleased with his service. He was very professional, he worked efficiently, and left things neat and tidy when he was done. Also, he was very patient addressing my concerns and answered all of my questions. The work was completed within a few business days following my initial discussion with Steve. Very pleased!
