    Notice the company is not called "A Roof Technician"?

    Yes, there are less than competent roofers around...but Ilir is not one of them. He responded immediately, provided photos, and explained the work required. And he had repaired my very leaky skylight before the next deluge, within a few days. I have been able to repair my damaged ceiling drywall with confidence. He even came out to investigate an unrelated eavestrough issue. THE Roof Technician is the one to call. Thank you.

    Flat roof leaking

    I had a water leak in my ceiling and had two companies come by, the first company that provided a 17,000 quote did not even go on the roof and said I need a replacement so they would put the new roof over the old roof. When Roof Technician came for the quote the first thing he did was go up on the roof and take pictures for me to see and said it would be best to change the roof. He explained that he would remove the old and reinstall a new roof for around 10,000. He even fixed a small leak above the roof on my door for no extra cost and provided my pictures through out the work. I have provided Roof Technician phone number to a few of my friends and even the one friend that gave me the name of the first company. This work was done in Dec 2019 and the weather did not slow them down.

    THE ROOF TECHNICIAN TRUSTED CO

    This Co is reliable, fair and reasonably priced. We recently hired them for installation of two skylights and they arrived quickly and charged a reasonable rate. They stand behind the work they do. We highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs, skylights or anything to do with your roofing needs. Thank you for your great work!! Deena and Len

    Roof

    If you are looking for a roofing contractor that is professional, efficient with great results then Ilor and his crew is the way to go. They are neat and courteous and deliver as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family.

    Roof leak repair and then full replacement

    Excellent work, honest and timely service., and a fair price. I interviewed three other roofing companies but am so glad I chose The Roof Technician. Ilir and Arta- thank you! I would recommend you to anyone!

    Repair skylight

    Very professional. Responded quickly. Quote included WSIB number plus their insurance coverage. Took pictures after work was completed. Very thorough. Explained what needed to be done and completed job in a timely manner.

    Roof shingle replacement and repair

    The Roof Technician came highly recommended by neighbours. When Ilir came to provide a quote for the job he actually got on the roof to inspect it. We were very impressed. He explained the work to be done in a reasonable and logical way. He provided a detailed quote by email and his pricing was fair when compared with other estimates we had obtained. His working crew was outstanding. They manoeuvred around the high and complicated roof with ease. Every member was profession down to their respectful interactions with my wife a I. They were detail oriented finishing each window with flashing and good quality caulk. The crew worked at a good pace. The cleanup was very good. They even replaced a portion of the eavestrough that was badly rusted and leaking. Ilir was very conscientious in addressing any issues we had before and after the job. We definitely recommend The Roof Technician.

    Not what I expected

    Water was coming through the bathroom vent when it rained. I thought the vent may be broken. Ilir from the Roof Technician came out, went on the roof, took pictures and there was nothing wrong with the vent(s) but all around them and other parts of the roof, shingles were missing. It was agreed that the culprits were raccoons. He was able to repair the damage immediately. Very knowledgeable, personable. Very pleased with the job and the price. Would not hesitate to call him again.

    New roof and skylight

    What made Ilir and his company, The Roof Technician, stand out from the other roofers I had contacted was his very detailed quote with links to descriptions of materials he was going to use. I appreciated his attention to detail and thoroughness. I hoped would translate to his general work ethic and technical know how and skills. I was not disappointed. He did a very good, professional job on our roof and skylight. He and his team came on time, they worked very hard and left at the end of the day with the work area clean and the supplies neatly stacked. When it was decided that siding would be best for the front of our house, Ilir had a very skilled worker who did an excellent job. All in all we were happy with the work and would recommend The Roof Technician.

    Skylight replaced

    The guys from The Roof Technician were great! They were the only ones from all the contractors we've interviewed that showed up on time, were very polite and presented a reasonable estimate. My wife and I are very happy with our new skylight.
