    Great roof and skylight replacement - no hesitation to recommend!

    When we met with Ilir for the first time, we felt right about choosing his company for our roofing and skylight replacement. There was no pressure or sales pitch! Instead he was professional and knowledgeable but most of all TRUSTWORTHY! His kindness, honesty and integrity made him the right choice for us. We had no doubts whatsoever after receiving the quote that he was the one for our roofing job (after having other quotes). Everything he said he was going to do he did. They came when they said they would, they did what they said they were going to do, they cleaned up so well, as if they hadn't come at all. So very impressed with the high quality of workmanship. Great crew, reliable and organized. They truly are experts at what they do and we would highly recommend them. How did I find them, you may ask? Well, I was driving by another roof job they were working on and decided stop to communicate. Paul & Toni

    Repaired eavestrough and repaired caulking

    I noticed a leak in my ceiling just under the lower part of our roof. First, I was so impressed that after contacting The Roof Technician through Homestars they actually emailed me back the next day! I had been trying for weeks to get other roofing companies just to return a call, never mind to even come up and give me a quote and follow through with it. Ilir came to Oakville shortly afterward talking to him and gave me a quote. The work was completed within 10 days of the initial contact. Turns out I didn't need any shingles replaced but the problem was a portion of the eavestrough and some downspouts in the front of the house. They matched the colour perfectly to the rest of the eavestrough too. I was also thrilled that they did a quick fix of a hole in the roof of my cedar shed that I discovered while they were here and didn't even charge me for that. The crew was very neat and polite and I felt they were being very honest with me. They are a pleasure to work with and I will not hesitate to recommend them to others. Excellent customer service and a job well done!

    Roof repair and replacement

    I had a really good experience with The Roof Technician. We called because we were curious about what it would cost to replace our roof. The technician came the very next day to do an assessment. We were told that they should repair a portion of the roof and that if we wanted we can hold off 1 more year for a replacement. That was a relief! We called within the year for the full replacement because we felt so comfortable with the owner and workers. It’s really nice to have people that give you an honest option. The workers came and went without any signs of construction- not even 1 nail left behind. We are very happy with their service and have recommended them to family and friends.

    Flat roof replacement

    New roof & evestrough

    The Roof Technician is a company that you want to do business with. From the initial consultation to the finished roof, they were thoroughly professional. We were advised of the initial estimate as well as recommendations in a helpful manner. The quality of our new roof and evestroughs not only met but well exceeded our expectations. Not only that but we have two young children so the roofers were extra careful and making sure the area around our house was kept immaculate. We haven’t found one piece of scrap metal, shingle or nails. You can really tell they show pride in their work and work area. They also have outstanding customer service. We would 100% recommend The Rood Technician.

    Roofing

    Had a fantastic experience when we had are roof done by the Roof Technician Inc. The service and follow-up was exceptional. Ilir was very pleasant, knowledgable and punctual. The price we were given was unbeatable and I highly recommend the Roof Technician to anyone looking to have their roof repaired and/or re-done. Service deffinately exceeded our expectations.

    Roof

    I highly recommend The Roof Technician as they do an amazing job and the price is very competitive. There are very professional, knowledgeable and respond to your calls immediately. I used them to do my house roof and a flat roof for my shed we are beyond happy with the service provided. I would recommend them to any family member or friends. Thank you The Roof Technician.
