The Bunkie is GORGEOUS, but we were told it would be easy to build, particularly if we had some building experience, which we do. Their instruction manual was difficult to follow and part of it was intended for another customer (named at the bottom), part of the manual did not pertain to our project (we ordered partially assembled) so we were disregard some of it. Our team included 3 (older) people who built a permiteed second story on their own bungalow, a nephew (25) who is a roofer and framer --thank god for his young strength! , and an experienced general contractor of 30 years, and various other helpers. The experienced contractor who reads blue prints thought it was very complex design and hard to understand directions. We only have weekends to work on it, and we are going on the 3rd month because we don't always have the extra person strength for lifting walls, roof trusses etc. We tried to ask them for help and asked for names of their builders to help us, which they said when we were buying it they had available. No one called us back. That said, it is beautiful, but they need to work on their manual, and they need to stop selling it as a very easy project that can be completed in 3 days. I would recommend the product with a warning that it isn't easy.
