Quick quote. Bit weird where you sign on and just wait for them to call you to do the job. Work done extremely quickly and done very well. Would advise having your own opinions before engaging in design.

Our Eavestroughs were 30 yrs old and needed to be replaced. A neighbour replaced theirs and we were impressed with the results. We contacted Mark and he came to our home on the weekend to fit our schedule We agreed on the contract and today his employees came at 7:30 AM to start the work. They finished this afternoon and my wife and I are very Pleased with the results The workers cleaned up and took away the old eaves As our old eaves had leaves in them from the trees, the leaves fell on our grass. I wasn't sure what needed to be done with my father's roof and the most important thing to me was finding someone I could trust. The roofing scene can be tricky to navigate. I've had bad luck in the past. Ontario Downspout Services had been recommended by a neighbour. Harvey answered the phone and he was a calming and thoughtful soul who started the whole process on a promising note. Mark was awesome. He arranged to meet up with me in record time to discuss the project. The terms were fair and the contract was thorough. We figured the job would be 2 days... 3 at the most. The whole thing was done in less than one day. The crew were ninjas. Within a matter of hours we had a fabulous new roof and eaves and downspouts and the other bits that I can't name. And they left the place spotless. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Mark and his crew did a great job replacing the flat roof on my house and dealing with a leak I had into my living room by replacing a strip of roof and eaves trough along a side of my house in an awkward narrow area between my house and my neighbours. Mark shared photos as they removed the old materials so I could see the problem areas and understand how they were fixing them and then sent photos of the completed work. They worked quickly while also protecting my house and cleaned up well. I highly recommend Mark and his crew.

For years our roof was not draining properly. I called Ontario Downspout and got professional advice - first over the phone (using Google Earth to look at the house online), then an in-person inspection. Mark was very helpful in explaining what was need to fix the problem, then scheduling the work at a time convenient for me. The installation was efficient and professional. I am a very satisfied customer.

After comparing a few quotes, I went with Mark and Ontario Downspout. His initial assessment was incredibly thorough and left me confident in my choice. A few weeks later, his crew arrived to tackle the job over the course of a weekend. They did fresh eaves, soffits, and did a great job freshening up the back exterior of my house -- changing old, rotting wood into fresh vinyl siding to match my eaves. Throughout the job, his crew was extremely polite, professional, and efficient. I'm so happy with the work they did. THANK YOU!

I found Ontario Downspout Service on Homestar and I am so glad I did! I initially got Mark to give me an estimate to replace one of the downspouts on my roof that became detached. He was the only one that gave me a quote right away and came over very quickly to fix it. While on the roof, we got talking and he inspected my roof and gave me an estimate. The work was schedule in winter of 23 for summer 24. He was able to get me in with a week of good weather and got the roof completely replaced within 2 weeks, including the sidings on my 3rd floor patio. I was glad we did what we did, as Mark peeled off the original material, lots of things were rotted, and everything was replaced and rectified on a timely manner. There was no delay in waiting for any material to come in. He had everything readily available in his supply truck. Mark kept me updated with the progress and send me photos of the roof as he work his way through the replacement. Everything was done well he made sure all the previous defects that can cause a leak is rectified. The crew cleans up everyday and made sure everything is tidied up before they leave, and they had everything placed on tarp to make sure there are no damages on the grass. Mark is very knowledgable and very hands on doing and directing his crew on the entire roof replacement. Very accommodating and reasonable. I highly recommend Ontario Downspout Services for a flat roof replacement, as he is able to do the eavestroughs, sidings as well as the roof itself. Some other companies I enquired doesnt do all 3, so it is a great to have someone who can do everything at the same time.

Mark and Harvey were great. They explained the job very well and what some of the surprises might be. The quote was reasonable and they worked hard to get my small job squeezed in. They arrived on time, explained one of the surprises they ran into and then used some of my wood to repair the rot. They didnt charge me for that surprise since they used my wood. I highly recommend them
