Underpinning And renovations
These guys were so positive and professional they not only worked with in budget Amd time. They helped us see what was best Amd how to make best decisions on next steps on our renovation. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you. Paul Jannetta

Rock Bottom is a great company!
Rock Bottom is the best contract company out there. Prices are reasonable staff are friendly. Jamie is fantastic to deal with and returns calls promptly. Deon is extremely knowledgeable and will work with you to solve any and all problems relating to your project. Our underpinning was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. Other contractors can learn a great deal from rock bottoms customer service and quality of work.

House Addition
Many thanks to Jamie and the team at Rock Bottom Underpinning for the excellent job done on our new addition foundation. They addressed any questions we had in simple terms and with clarity. Every aspect of the job was performed professionally with a focus on the detail. As well, they cleaned up the site each night and ensured the work site was protected. Would highly recommend this company.

Basement Underpinning

Underpinning and basement addition
From day one of our project, Rock Bottom Underpinning was incredible! After requesting a quote, we got a call back from Jamie within the same day. The quote was detailed, and very thoroughly outlined the scope of work that we were agreeing on. (Price was great too!!) Dion, Jamie, and the rest of the Rock Bottom team were very understanding with homeowners like my wife and I that weren’t very familiar with the whole underpinning process. We never felt like we were unaware of what was going on in the project. They dealt with everything from the permit process, to getting us in contact with a reputable engineer, to finally providing us with a 10/10, 8 Ft basement shell. We HIGHLY recommend Rock Bottom Underpinning if you are looking for the best underpinning company in the GTA- I can ensure you will not regret your decision!

Basement underpinning
I was very impressed with the work we recently had done by Rock Bottom Underpinning. Jamie and Dion were fantastic; they walked us through the entire process and were very quick to answer any questions that we had. They were very accommodating to the budget that we had set out and broke down the project costs clearly, so we understood exactly what we were paying for. Their crew was extremely professional and polite and did excellent work. Very honest businessmen and hard-working team. I would highly recommend to anyone who might be considering.

Basement underpinning
“I have been through many renovations in the past and have never experienced such great service! The team at Rock Bottom was always punctual and got the job done quick! They lowered my basement in just 4.5 weeks and it turned out great! 8FT CEILINGS!! I was referred to Rock Bottom by a friend of mine and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to work with people that cater to your needs!”

Full underpin of basement. New water service and sewer main and back foundation addition.
Rockbottom’s workmanship, customer service, team and overall final product was excellent! The project consisted of a full underpin of my existing basement, new water service and sewer main, and a large/complicated back addition. Dion and Jamie were always easily accessible and ensured the project ran efficiently and to budget. Overall I would highly recommend Rockbottom Underpinning Services to anyone looking for a reputable and honest underpinning company

Basement underpinning on century home
Rock Bottom was great, they are transparent with the costs and extra costs, they work closely with the structural engineer and were available to us for suggestions and questions. The in floor heating they installed was complemented by our heating contractor, so that's proof in and of itself! Would recommend.

Underpinning and new foundations
Excellent service and workmanship. Personnel was very knowledgeable and accommodating with schedule updates. Project was on time and on budget which is all you can ask for.
