    Interior renovation-permit drawings and construction

    Amazing capability to get the Architectural and structural permit drawings promptly, do the actual construction job and bring the construction experience into the design to save us time and money. They are truly responsive and take care of the projects from Architectural, Structural, mechanical drawings , all the way to finish the construction. The engineers personally hire and train all team members to consider any project special , with care and with extreme attention to details. Thanks, Paulette O’Leary

    We purchased a property North of Post road in Toronto and were looking For a knowledgeable and experienced company to prepare the Architectural, Structural and Mechanical drawings for the City permit. We came across Rigid Frame through Homestars website and was Impressed with their excellent reviews. They prepared all the required Permit drawings and since we had some zoning infractions, Rigid frame Helped us to pass the committee of Adjustment successfully. This added A lot of value to our building project proposal. Rigid frame is a design-build company and they were familiar with our Requested vision and intention for our property and provided a quote for The full construction. We also received four more quotes for the Construction from four different companies. However, we chose to go Ahead with the quote received from RF, since their quote was very detailed, orderly written, and covered all aspects of the construction. During the construction we changed the height of the building and Needed to go to C of A for the second time and RF team defended our Proposal in the Committee and for the second time our infraction got Accepted. Construction stage started with the demolition of existing house and Rebuilding the new one. Every stage started with a proper planning by Pezhman and Arvin who were the Architects and structural engineers of The project. Project is on the schedule and we highly recommend this Company to anyone who has a busy schedule and looking for a company Dedicated to quality job and committed to their words and stand by their Reputation.     Architectural and Structural Permit Drawing

    We engaged Pezhman and Arvin to create an architectural and structural design for our single family major renovation, as well as obtain City permits. They did an immaculate job - professional, high-quality, efficient, and practictal team. Highly recommended.

    Support and Consultation during construction

    Our project required complete dig-up of our house. Pezhman and Arvin did a site visit for the project and explained to us exactly what needs to be done including timelines. Their engineer design and drawings were meticulous; the city issued permits without any problems. During the construction we had many questions and they were available at all times to provide consultation. We highly recommend Rigid Frames. Thank you both for all your recommendations and hard work.

    Architectural and Structural permit drawings

    This is the second time I have hired RigidFrameses for my renovation project. This renovation was to completely demolish the inside of a 100 year old townhouse and remove all load bearing walls. Rigidframeses team helped with interior design and structural engineering drawings. They submitted applications and obtained required permits in an efficient timeline. They are highly knowledgeable in all aspects of construction and provided prompt assistance and advice at any time I needed. Thank you Pezhman, Arvin, Emeline and team.

    Structural Design

    Basement drawing

    I found this company on the internet. The team of staff is very friendly and easy to approach. Quality and fast services. They came twice to measure the basement and suggested the most appropriate ways of the renovation.

    House Renovation

    I am very happy with the services provided by Rigid Frame. After my first inquiry call, they came the next day to evaluate my house, determine what was required and outline the next steps. They completed the structural drawings, submitted the permit application to the City and I received a permit within three days. We are moving on to the building/renovation phase now and I couldn't be more pleased with their level of professionalism and ease of communication. I highly recommend them.

    Architectural and Structural Permit Drawings For Home Interior Reno

    We hired Rigid Frame Structural to assess a sagging structural beam from a previous kitchen renovation. Pezhman and Arvin were able to use construction photos and floor plans from our kitchen renovation to minimize opening up walls and further disruption during their site visit. They prepared architectural and structural permit drawings and took care of the permit submissions for us. Even though the process started before the Christmas holidays, we received our permit within 2 months of their initial site visit. We're very impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. Both Pezhman and Arvin were a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend their services.

Their application process compare to other cities like Toronto is more time consuming even though we completed the drawings and submitted in less than 2 weeks.     Engineering drawings for permit

    I'm doing a dining room/family room/kitchen renovation, and wanted a large opening in an existing masonry wall to unify the space. Pezhman, Arvin and team did the architectural and structural permit drawings for me. They did a great job, and were always very quick to respond to my questions
